I cant say that I'm the biggest fan of Boost Mobile as is. However, this location has one of the nicest people in the world running things. The gentleman's name is Ron, and he was nothing but polite, informative and most of all understanding of my questions and concerns. Drop by and see for yourself.

The hours are now alot better since pandemic is getting better... But I have to say that the gentlemen that works here is just awesome!!!! He is always so nice And extremely helpful!!! I have a daughter that constantly breaks phones and he is always so helpful and patient and sits there with me untill I figure out what option to pick. He always goes above and beyond and I definitely recommend!

I want to thank Ron for activating my new iPhone 12 Pro Max. I recently upgraded from iPhone 7 to 12 and my old SIM card no longer works with the 12. Ron got me in and out fast with a new SIM card and my phone was back up running again.I highly recommend seeing Ron at Boost in burlington for your cellphone needs and fast service! Thank you Ron!

No help what's so ever. Customer service told me to go to the store and exchange my sim. As per the employee, "We don't have any more sim cards", then how can you sell phones without activating them??? You need a sim to activate the phones, no need to lie...

Would give negative stars if possible. Didn't need him to activate my phone. Said he HAD to. Charged me $25 plus tax. Next day I returned the phone bc I didn't like it. Tells me the $25 is nonrefundable. Okay, I see that on the receipt. Tried to short me on my refund. Reluctantly gave me back what he shorted me.
