I came in today to get a headlight restoration kit and a set of headlight bulbs. Frank helped me split my purchase between two cards, and Colby suggested to me I get some washer fluid with de icer for the winter, I bought two gallons and he helped me bring them out to my car. Overall great experience with the guys over at napa.

Great place to get auto parts and they have very convenient hours, open early and open late. They have a good stock and can get out of stock items quickly. Everyone is very friendly and helpful.

Ed has been excellent in providing service over the years in private sales and retaining commercial accounts amid strong competition at that location well Ed has retired so I would give Al a raise because if he leaves may as well close this location

Although this was just a phone interaction, I found the staff to be quite competent courteous and professional. I needed a price quote on a battery and the person answering the phone gathered the information quickly and accurately, was back to me in under a minute with a price, and told me that they had them in stock. Nice easy experience, will definitely deal with this NAPA again. Art

Very helpful people! I was misled by Midas that I needed to replace the entire exhaust system of my 2005 Accord and the parts alon would cost 1600$. I went to Napa to check if they had the parts and how much they would really cost. A lady, who I think was the manager, gave me a quote and advised a mechanic who would replace the exhaust and charge only the labor. The total cost of the parts was only 540$. A day later I came back and bought the parts and took my car to Bob, the mechanic at Halfmoon Auto Care (12 Firehouse Rd). He was very honest with me and told me that I didn't need any of the parts. I took the parts back to Napa, and they refunded the money I paid. I am grateful to both Napa and Bob for their help. Thanks a lot!

Worst customer experience I have ever had. I walked in the store looking for paint, come to find out they do not sell paint at that location. However when I walked into the store everyone appeared to be on the phone, when what looked like the manager was off the phone and infront of me I began to ask him a question. He cut me off mid question without saying a word and only pointing over to the gentleman on the phone and then walked away. I have never felt more disrespected by a company in my entire life. Absolutely rude service.
