My husband's car was hit by a tree branch during a recent storm and the back glass shattered. After calling multiple body shops and being told there were no appointments available for at least a month, we decided to give Mr. Windshield a call, hoping to at least get the window in so he could drive the car until we can get in for the rest of the repair. I called and spoke to Susie in the office and she was amazing. She took all of our info and promised she would track down the replacement window and call back asap. The very next day, she called and said she found the glass and would be able to have her tech out to us later in the week. Rocco showed up first thing this morning and, less than an hour later, he had everything cleaned up and the new glass installed. He was super friendly and did a great job. I can't thank them enough!! Highly recommend them for their fast, professional service but even more so for the friendly, customer-centric team they have there. A big thank you to Susie and Rocco!! I brought my car to Mark’s when I heard grinding in my back brakes. I used to use Daigle automotive but Mark’s bought the business so I went to Mark’s. My family members recommended him too. I dropped the car off the night before and in the morning Mark called saying I needed back brakes, rotors, and calibers. He recommended them for the front too. The estimate was about $1225. He said the calibers in the back were sticking. I felt this to be a high estimate, so I called another auto shop, explained the issue and asked what they thought. They said calibers rarely stick. The car is older and I wasn’t sure if I wanted to dump that much money into it, so I went to pick up the car and get a couple other estimates. When I got there, I was charged $18.00. Mark didn’t even provide an estimate. I had to ask that the estimate be given to me in writing and told them that I have never been charged for someone to give me an estimate. They insisted I pay the $19.80. I did take the car to another place and had both front and back- rotors and brakes replaced. Calibers we’re not needed. I have been driving the car for 3 months with no evidence of calibers sticking. This saved me $500. So while I wish I could say I had a good experience here- it was all around shady. Just a heads up. I was in Shoppers World at the deli counter and can't say enough about your employee Valerie. She went above and beyond to help me as I was trying to order meat for my company of 15 people. She didn't rush and cut the meats perfectly so I could roll it up. Thanks to Valerie it was the easiest platter I ever made. Don't ever get rid of this gem , she deserves to be honored in some way. If I could negative 5 stars I would!!! Absolutely disgusted and disgusting!!! After calling back the day after I placed my order to confirm (was suspicious they may get it wrong// which it was so they supposedly fixed it) they still got it wrong!! 5 cherry tomatoes to go on 6ft of Sub??? How does that work? One slice of meat folded in half and a slice of cheese that’s it!! Enough mayonnaise for 1ft sub!! Lettuce was so wilted it should have been in the garbage!! HORRIBLE and just try to talk to someone. What a joke ~Deb

Bait & Switch on the price and the container. They (Jordan) showed me a container. I asked him how much and he said $7500. I gave him my credit card... a much older container shows up without the improvements to the door. And on top of that, they charged me $8580.60. ~Patrick

I try to stop in every morning even though I live in Rotterdam. Coffee is always fresh and stocked. But Jeremy the man makes the Best meat lovers sandwich every morning. Always busy but stops what he is doing to make my sandwich. The best meat lovers sandwich from many Stewart's I've been too. He cooks the meat in the oven or something but the BEST. ~Dan
