Best auto glass shop in Clifton Park, New York (NY) 2024

My husband's car was hit by a tree branch during a recent storm and the back glass shattered. After calling multiple body shops and being told there were no appointments available for at least a month, we decided to give Mr. Windshield a call, hoping to at least get the window in so he could drive the car until we can get in for the rest of the repair. I called and spoke to Susie in the office and she was amazing. She took all of our info and promised she would track down the replacement window and call back asap. The very next day, she called and said she found the glass and would be able to have her tech out to us later in the week. Rocco showed up first thing this morning and, less than an hour later, he had everything cleaned up and the new glass installed. He was super friendly and did a great job. I can't thank them enough!! Highly recommend them for their fast, professional service but even more so for the friendly, customer-centric team they have there. A big thank you to Susie and Rocco!!
