Horrible customer service. I sat waiting 1.5 hours and was skipped 2x after i signed in on the sign in sheet. After having to tell someone, they said i can do it at the Teller. And waiting another 30 minutes. I can see how this gets bad ratings.

I would not even give 1 star to this Citibank. The worst experience I have ever had with the Citi Bank. The manager was awful (an old woman, with blondish short hair). She did not helped me at all. They kept saying that they do not have any idea about the situation I was in to. Also there was a guy who was working behind the counter, a total brainless person. Do your self a favor and find a Citibank in another location.

As usual this bank continues to open and close whenever they want. Just went to the bank in North Miami 108 biscayne and there were 4 people including myself that WASTED OUR TIME coming to this branch. Door were locked. NO SIGN ON THE DOOR ABOUT BEING CLOSED TODAY! So unprofessional. This is the second branch that I've experienced this problem at! Such a waste of time. If I could give no stars I would!
