Worst customer service of all banks including other chase branches. Every time I come it’s like I don’t exist. Takes forever for anyone to acknowledge you, they don’t have a sign in sheet so it’s awkward when they calling people and they are saying they are next but got there after others. Always expect to wait at least an hour for service.

It's not that bad. This bank it's ok, but much better than bank of America, that one, that's a real shi***. Chase Bank has a car service, and their customer service is good.

Terrible service. I Entered and got ignored . They don't even have a sign in sheet so when I asked the guy he told to be seated and I'll be helped . Another person came in after me and was helped before me . There wasn't even any coffee nor cups . Worst Chase ever

They are trying to go so high tech that they have lost customer service. No drive-thru (permanently closed) and only 2 tellers inside. Rest of employees just sit around. Used to be a great bank. Now it is horrible to come to.
