Great bakery! Pastries were well priced, staff was friendly, very clean and spacious environment with good lighting. Nice selection of pastries, beverages, and sandwiches.

Quick and friendly service. Only had cafecito and Cafe con leche. Both were delicious, hot and very reasonably priced. Will definitely go back to get away from the crowded and not as tasty places.

A wide variety of pastries and desserts to choose from . I had a croissant with scrambles eggs, ham and cheese . It was delicious!!

Had the worst experience at this bakery! I called and ordered some party trays for my daughters birthday 3 days in advance. On pick up day when we show up to get the order we were told someone with the same name came and picked up the order and that they didn’t have anymore croquetas. We were literally told to leave and go somewhere else because they had to give our order to another person because they were upset there were no croquetas. After having the story changed on us multiple times we left and ended up having to run around Kendall to find last minute party trays. Will NEVER order or purchase from a Vicky or cao bakery again. The girls working were super rude and and unwilling to help at all.

SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! Keep giving them the benefit of the doubt and keep going back and every time the quality continues to decline. Go early so you think your getting fresh pastries but get heated up pastries from the day before. The croquettes tasted only of grease ham taste was nonexistent . It seems like they refry them. I won’t even get started on the customer service. Drive further to another location or maybe even go to Publix. Looking forward to the opening of the new location of Party Cake by Tamiami Airport. ✌🏼 CAO/Vicky Bakery

This bakery has delicious cakes. They did the cake for my baby shower, and We loved it. It was beautiful and tasty. For our special occasions we always buy the cake at this place. The staff is very attentive and the place is always clean. This place is well located in the Crossing, Kendall.

I’m absolutely obsessed with the pastelitos here! I grew up in the area and started visiting this bakery for pastelitos over 10 years ago. Even after moving away, whenever I come back to visit my parents in Miami I’d come get pastelitos at this bakery. Having had countless pastelitos all over, this place is still my favorite. I always get the guava pastelitos, guava and cheese pastelitos, and beef pastelitos. Great price point and great food!

This place is not busy right now, but there is a long wait. I agree with the previous reviews that the customer service isn't great. They don't even say hello when you walk in the door. When a market is saturated with cuban cafes; yours needs to stand out. When your employees are happy; they'll be in good mood and it will reflect with their customers. One plus is that they're open on New Years Day and they have great prices. The beef pastries are amazing!!!

We stopped by on our way to Key West... everything was delicious! This is my first time trying out CAO. Tried a bunch of different things. And a couple of sandwiches too. Yes. The coffee was good too!!! Would definitely be back again when I’m back in town.
