They don’t heat up their breakfast sandwiches long enough. I keep getting half cold food. Black coffee is never ready early morning and intercoms is always broken. Long slow lines

Worst experience ever! I ordered a Frappuccino, I paid with Apple Pay, the payment went through, somehow the cashier told me that the transaction was not made, I showed her the payment history, and my bank account that the payment was processing. All the baristas started acting like I was trying to scamming Starbucks, one of the baristas told the cashier… Give the drink to him… just like if I was asking something for free… I refused to take anything, I told them that I was going to dispute the charge and left the place. So if you want to be treated like trash go to this store!

They had a fly trapped in the food display. I mentioned it to them so that they could open it and let it out but Instead the first person I told just walked it like if I never told him anything and the second one said oh it’s no big deal they’re always in there. Last time I Go to this location.

I was reading the Reviews and I don't understand why people put so many good things about this place they are Super slow I spent more than 30 minutes waiting for them to attend me both to place my order and to pick it up for me they are Super slow

I ordered a matcha and when I got my order they gave me milk with a green apperiance to it but it did not taste like what I ordered and when I asked them if they could put a bit more matcha in it they gave me an attitude and told me “that’s the right color for it” by the way I wasn’t talking about the color I was talking about the flavor. Really bad staff

This Starbucks has a drive-though which is perfect for those who are on the go. My friend and I walked in on a Thursday night and most of the tables and chairs were occupied with the exception of one table. When we got to the register we kinda had our go-to Starbucks drink on our minds but when we saw the ad for the Smoked Butter Scotch we were like "gotta try it!" So we both got the grande. On the initial sip I couldn't taste the butter scotch, but because I'm the kind that likes my coffee sweet I added a packet of sweetener and that's when I could taste the butter scotch. Service was good and the place seemed clean and tidy.
