I order ten chicken sandwich with bacon for one of our church Mother birthday very disappointing bacon was not cook,bread burn, half of the sandwichs we could not eat, sandwich very hard

i come here every morning around the same time 7am. this is the 3rd day in a row my coffee wasn't right. Accidents happen and it's partially my fault i didn't check my stuff at the window when they give it to me but my coffee was black no sugar or creamer, I always get sugar and Crème. Please pay attention I know you'll be very busy in the morning.

Ridiculous service, order was wrong. I order 3 plain bagels toasted with cream cheese, a large sweet tea. Got a large iced coffee no sugar burnt bagels. They don't greet the customers. Went the day before my coffee was old no sugar liked i asked.

Never been to a Dunkin that had me in and out of The drive thru. Almost didn’t stop by because of the line and i was running late for work. Even though There was at least 4 cars in front of me and I was out of the line within a couple of mins. Good job

Coffee was horrible. This is my go to DD every thing is usually good but today was not. The minis Bagels was hard as a rock looks great till you pick them up.

You would think a coffee place understands how to make coffee... especially a big chain like dunkin, but literally NONE of them that I've visited do. You want a breve? What's that? You want a vanilla latte? We only have French vanilla. You ask for half and half and they have to go get someone to help them. For goodness sake, train your staff!

There are six people working inside 3 of them are working 1 is on the cell phone the other person is in the way and the last person is telling everybody what to do I don't know if we can blame this on the pandemic This type of behavior is occurring everywhere it's becoming the acceptable Norm and it occurs even more in lower income areas They need to be taught a lesson As of today I am no longer visiting this Dunkin' donuts Multigrain bagel $3x30 - $90 If I stop eating bagels everyday I can get another cell phone lol

Your life and physical safety are in jeopardy at this location. The management seems to encourage, condone and reward the physical assault of customers. I went to this location to pick up an order. I went to the mobile pickup area and stood there for 5-10 minutes waiting for service in an empty restaurant. 2 staff just seemed to look at me awkwardly while they carried on their personal conversation. I held up my phone to show them I had an order. I was ignored. after a few more minutes, I made the same gesture to the manager. The manager asked for someone to help me. Then another employee who was not involved starts verbally cursing me out. After a few minutes of verbal abuse, yet another employee runs from behind the counter and violently physically assaults me I called the police, The manager then lied and told the police that she didn't see what happened and didn't know the name of the employee that assaulted me. I called Dunkin customer service, they took my name and said they would reach out to me. Never heard word 1 from them. Manager, Verbal assaulter of customers, Physical assaulter of customers all continue to work at that store. Previously, I went to that store multiple times. Same story always. Staff disinterested in serving customers, rude management and staff. If you like Dunkin and would like to try and eat without the threat and reality of verbal or physical violence. Go to the one at Biscayne Blvd @ 125th or 109th @ Biscayne. As you can see from many of the other reviews the threat of physical violence is very, very real. As a customer, why should you take the chance of being beaten up simply for asking for service. Bad service is one thing. Bad food is another. But allowing your employees to curse out and fight the customers is next level. Thank you Dunkin for a truly UNFORGETTABLE experience.

I stop at this location once a month and impressed how they stay on top of the demand. Even though the lot is full they get you in and out in a timely manner. The only issue is they have a lot of people loitering and walking up on your vehicle as you order. Don't get me wrong, I have no problem helping people out (actually bought him breakfast) but please respect my space and let others conduct transactions with ease and safety. Very alarming at 5am.
