Worst store ans customer service ever! Ordered a pizza that over an hour was never delivered, went to the store to request a refund and they refused to give me my refund and claimed that it had been delivered and when the guy from doordash went to pick it up was told that I had picked it up! they are out to scam amd steal from anyone they can to give a frozen pizza in the case they decide to honor their delivery. Will be contacting coorporate directly to get my refund. Found a better place to buy pizza in doral called Cosmic Pizza 5 stars ! ~Juancarlos

Save your headache and money!! Go somewhere else!! I waited 15 minutes in drive thru before the line started moving at a snail pace. 27 minutes total spent in drive through. Like seriously?? And then I paid $6 for an impossible whopper only ketchup, just to open up sandwich and there is a big slice of cheese on the burger. So I take off the cheese just so I don’t have to go back in line. Take a bite and it’s cold. Taste like it was cooked 6 hours ago. I will never go to this location again. What a shame. I wonder how long it will take them to go out of business like most of the burger kings around. ~Steph

This is by far the cleanest, friendliest, best managed gas station I've ever been to. Keep up the great work. ~Shim

Employees are great, they’ll rarely mess up your order. However, the intercom is absolutely atrocious. You’d have a better time talking through a tin can and a string. Also they only put sprinkles on one half of their donuts. I asked for a sprinkled donut man, not half a sprinkled donut. Artistic choice or not, what a rip off. ~Lewis

So far my favorite Dunkin' pick up point. Well located, with easy access, even better after the light they recently placed on the entrance of the shopping. Parking is always available, plenty of spot. This location is always busy, however the staff is very efficient and professional. The order is served properly. I really love the delicious French Vanilla Latte, hot, always large 🤣. I had a great experience overall. Vegetarian options: They do have options available. They do offer almond milk, eggs, and veggies. Kid-friendliness: I did see kids having breakfast in the fac. Not that they have special areas to play or device for entertainment, but option of seating and eating. Parking: They are located in a shopping center with plenty of parking spots. Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, as every shopping center there is accessibility to wheelchair. Dietary restrictions: For vegan they do offer almond milk in your coffee. Not sure about sandwich. For vegetarians they offer eggs sandwich. ~Shirley

I NEVER write a review about anything good or bad but the attitude the workers here have is disgusting. They have music blasting so they can’t even hear you when you’re making an order. They have ZERO deserve to work & treat everyone so rudely. They got my order wrong and when I told them I asked for ice & not hot they girl who took my order made the stankest face and started making remarks with the manager about me. I returned the attitude of course. Do not come here. ~Meliza

These employees don’t want business and definitely know nothing about customer service. They have a habit of closing 5-10 minutes early and when you knock on the door they wave you off and tell you to leave. Actually, what do I expect from somebody in their 20s and 30s who works at Dunkin’ Donuts? ~Jon

42 minutes to attend 4 cars including mine makes 5, finally my order is taken and once I get to the window they were out of some things I ordered. Poor service,poor out ground upkeep, window area looking in was a mess, overall poor management. ~Sandra

I was hesitant to try the burrito but was thoroughly satisfied. I highly recommend. It's full of flavor and stuffed with fish and shrimp. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Thanks Dayla with helping with the menu selection. Excellent service. Next time we'll try the patio area. It's just too hot right now. ~Tarik
