Best chicken wings restaurant in Miami, Florida (FL) 2024

I have been a good customer to these people I do not deserve the way they're treating me I asked for a Dr pepper they give me a Pepsi and they also screwed up on my pizza I asked them for a large supreme Pizza they give me a medium Pizza. This company needs to be checked out something's wrong the manager is not efficient the phone is not being correctly answered and then they hang up on you. I hope one of the people that are in the higher-ups is reading what is going on with this company they need to shut the business down permanently! The better Business bureau should be called also! ~Gail

Ordered online @ 12:45 p.m. follow up with a call to store to remind them: address is correct but wrong on the GPS(its google thing, I complained again) opting “NO contact” @ 13:31 my text 305-282-156 said “out for delivery” minutes later I see him drive by-he got it wrong. I called the store and the driver said I shouldn’t have asked for “No Contact”. I went to the store & complained then canceled order-very unhappy-drove to another hut. Mom wanted the damn heart shaped pizza! Walked-in/carryout & waited and when I got home? Well? I should have checked the box! ~George

Worst store ans customer service ever! Ordered a pizza that over an hour was never delivered, went to the store to request a refund and they refused to give me my refund and claimed that it had been delivered and when the guy from doordash went to pick it up was told that I had picked it up! they are out to scam amd steal from anyone they can to give a frozen pizza in the case they decide to honor their delivery. Will be contacting coorporate directly to get my refund. Found a better place to buy pizza in doral called Cosmic Pizza 5 stars ! ~Juancarlos

No stars should be an option for this Pizza Hut location. We ordered around 8:50-9pm & called the store twice with promises that our food would be delivered. Nothing ever came but we were surely charged the amount. How do you promise the order is coming not once but twice & nothing?! Poorest customer service ever! Don't order here if you actually want your food. Terrible! ~Terence
