I had the worst service of any pizza hut I ever been in

I ordered a pizza at 4:01 pm and was promised at 4:35 pm now I just received a note it will be at 5:35 pm…one hour later than promised. This is terrible service. I will not recommend ordering from this establishment and I will not do it again.

Worst store ans customer service ever! Ordered a pizza that over an hour was never delivered, went to the store to request a refund and they refused to give me my refund and claimed that it had been delivered and when the guy from doordash went to pick it up was told that I had picked it up! they are out to scam amd steal from anyone they can to give a frozen pizza in the case they decide to honor their delivery. Will be contacting coorporate directly to get my refund. Found a better place to buy pizza in doral called Cosmic Pizza 5 stars !

We can start with improving costumer service. The person at the counter was rude and did not look like she wanted to be there. My pizza was dry and nasty. I called the manager to complain and she said it was dry because I asked for light sauce. The dough was dry I explained to her and she spoke to me in an argumentative manner. You need new staff asap.

3 days ago I placed an order for delivery and the order was canceled by the delivery driver from Door Dash! I never got my food and never received a refund. Door Dash said the store should issue a refund within 24-48 hours, but nothing yet. I tried calling the store multiple times only to be placed on hold. Never ordering delivery from Pizza Hut again! Hope the Door Dasher enjoyed my pizza. Can't believe he can't follow simple GPS instructions.

Be better. The pizza arrives more than an hour late, everything cold. It was very bad. i tried to call and tre time the call was off, never received a call back.

This store is a mess, they make 4 mistakes in a row. I call the main company they promise to return the money witch never happens. The last order they just drop the half of the order in the floor, my son asked the driver for the rest of it, he just ignore this. I call the head quarter I they just ignore the situation. I am still waiting for my money back, this is a really trashy service.

I made an order today after having a bad experience the last time I ordered, due to all the other good experiences I’ve had with Pizza Hut. However today I made an order at 7:40pm with the expectation of being told that it would take 45-53 minutes just to have the pizza arrive cold, handled roughly, and late at 9:30pm. Things happen, but I do not think it’s okay when Pizza Hut encourages you to reach out if there’s ever a problem but never reach back. Twice in a row already.
