Ok, this was my Dominos store until today, waited 20 minutes and when I checked my order I got the wrong pizza, seriously? Good bye

Atrocious do not order!! I ordered 2 hours ago. Still waiting tracker says it’s being prepped (not even baked yet). It’s late I called the store 5 times only to have it ring and ring or being placed on perpetual hold. It’s 10:35 pm we had to go to Wendy’s and I am unable to cancel the order needles to say the charge will be disputed asap. If you cannot run an establishment then just CLOSE ALREADY!!!!!!!!

If I could give this place zero stars I would… I went ahead and placed my order for a delivery, and they randomly canceled it and when I tried to call back no one picked up the phone. That was the most disrespectful move from an establishment that has lost my respect.

Would give 0 if possible! Called to order online and the man was incredibly rude, told me that a large cheese pizza was $28 when I questioned the total, I had a buy one get one free deal so $44 did not make sense, he told me that the machine discounted $12, when I told him I was not going to order anything he simply hung up

Worst place ever. Did a order at 10:30 am for delivery at 11:15. The delivery location is 3 block from the store. They show up at 11:46am Don’t get food here. Go anywhere else.

I love the staff, very welcoming and happy environment. My pizza and breadsticks were amazing. They actually put extra cheese and no sauce like I asked. 👍🏻👍🏻

Tonight my family ordered a pizza at 6:15 pm and the girl taking our "for delivery" order stated it would be 40 mins ... pizza was said to have left the oven around 6:45 pm after an hour so 7:40-ish pm we called the store and the man that answered stated it was on its way ... at 8:30 pm we called again and they stated they don't deliver to this address !!!! Why didn't we get notified of this at any point within the 2 hourssss we ordered ? Is a mystery to me to and when asking for a manager the guy told my stepfather that the manager doesn't speak English !?!?!? Manager Rono or Ronald or whatever running a terrible store

I ordered a pizza for pick up on 12/30/21 I went twice in the span of 2 hours to check on my pizza that showed still making. They said they were short staffed which is understandable. I went a 3rd time and still no pizza, I drove around a bit more and decided to eat something else. I tried calling multiple times and no one picked up. So i waited until the next day spoke to a manager and they found the order and said I would see a refund in about 5-10 business days. I said ok thanks. Today I see no refund on my account. So I called and the lady who picked up says she cant find my phone number or my husbands, so in this case I cant get a refund. I offered my order number and email she said she couldnt use that information, ONLY my phone number. I said ok well then I guess dominos keeps my money and I received no pizza. She said yes im sorry. So i told her I has no choice but to write a review about my experience. This is not a good dominos store. The 3 stars say it all. I would have given no stars but thats not option here. Never going to this dominos again.

Decent fast food pizza, bread and wings, but not as good as most places in the area. However, the pizza was not cut through all the way, had to slice at home. Cheese dip was way too oily, chicken wings sauce was not spread on all at all, just drizzled on a little. Workers don't wear gloves when at all, fingernails all in the food handling dough, toppings, etc.

ordered a pizza on the phone. waited for it 25 minutes to pick it up and when i got there my order is not even in the system.... what a waste...this place not recomended at all. wish i could give them 0 stars.....
