I technically haven't visited the location yet, but it does come to me recommended, and I would recommend it as well after the smooth process I had online & over the phone! They are a very proactive company and nice staff!

Showed me a unit, told me I had it reserved and when I went back to pay, they said it was rented (or reserved?) by someone else. Minerva was nice, but overall a frustrating experience. Lots of good storage units in Marina, Sand City and Salinas... You might find those places easier to work with.

Carefully review your contract! They said "Save 50% off 2 Months' Rent," but later you would not get the 2nd month 50 off promo. I visited them in person and they also said they had the same promo. When I reserved my unit on their website I could see the same promo. Anyway they said to me "You did reserve it on the website, but they couldn't see any note on their file." I showed them the captured promo picture, but they said "they did not have anything to do for me." Okay.. I can pay more, but you would lose more customers. I also asked them to cut a small lock off since I forgot my combination #s, but also I had to pay for it so I refused it. I could cut it off! One more thing... One their website... there is no way to contact customer center. So only place customer could complain is leaving your feedback on google and yelp...and others...

Totally secure. Peace of mind when storing your things here, that they will still be here when you are ready to take them out of storage. Drive up units in varied sizes are available options. They had a special for the first 2 months at half price, check online for deals.

These people are amazing. I was in need of a unit in a short amount of time & they were nothing but smiles, sunshine, above & beyond helpful. I reserved a unit over the phone immediately with their customer service hotline which was nothing but easy & smooth. Two days later I secured my unit & the staff did nothing but ask me if I needed help. They also offered several cups of coffee which I needed :) Plus! an on-site moving truck to use if needed as a means of transportation. They also have freight elevators which made it easy for me to haul my things to their 2nd level. The on-site bathroom is very clean & accessible. Everything easy & affordable to say the least. I appreciate the local staff & just how generous, polite & unique they all are :) Many thanks to “My People” @SafKeep “Calle Del Oaks” for keeping me & more importantly my personal belongings #Safe Keep up the great work ! :)

My family and I are very pleased with the accommodating management and friendly staff as well as with the cleanliness of the property. We've been clients for just under a month but feel like long time friends when entering or exiting the property because we always get a friendly wave from staff. This seems to bleed off on to other clients as well and everyone seems to be in a delightful mood. Another thing I'd like to mention is the sense of security when you see the management and staff patrolling the premises throughout the day. Now I've never been at my unit for as long as a day however, the time I've spent on the grounds I have witnessed the safeguard. As long as my family has storage needs, we are comforted in knowing our property is safe and secure with Saf Keep Storage!

I have had storage units all over the peninsula and even in 2 different states. This was the friendliest place I have ever been. The Asst manager was helpful and friendly. Her assistant took me to see the unit. We rode in a golf cart. So much better then walking around. Some of these places are huge. The facility was neat and clean. There was even a truck I could borrow on the day of my move. And last but not least I won a candy bar on their wheel of fortune. What better service could you ask for. As for price it was pretty comparable to the ones around the area. If your looking for storage check them out on the internet. I think you will be happy with there facility. Also easy access for getting a vehicle/truck in and out. Some are real difficult.

I was referred by a friend but did my homework first. I visited two other storage facilities in the area but Saf Keep/Del Rey Oaks was far and away the best. Robert the manager was super friendly and helpful showing me several units, and when I mentioned that stairs would be difficult for me, he was able to find me an affordable ground unit. Jacquie at the front desk was very friendly and knowledgable. They really want your business and are very focused on customer service. They had a good move-in promotion, the place is clean and secure with easy access, and I even "won" a $10 Costco gift card in their new customer promotion. I'm glad I'm there.

Great storage facility! I picked it because of the free moving truck. The units are compatibly priced. The in-person customer service is excellent. I was very pleased with the security and ease of using. Just make sure you have renter's or owner's insurance to avoid their fee. Thanks.
