Came in for a big bite hot dog at lunchtime. Two were cooked and available on the grill. Was told there were no hot dog buns. How could 7-11 run out of hot dog buns at lunchtime ? Very disappointed. Won’t be going back to this location on Canyon Del Rey and Hwy 68.

It’s hard to give more than one star to a business I chose to patron based on the stated business hours,! Only to arrive to a handwritten note .stating their closure 12-4am.

Not open at 12:50am despite hours staying open 24/7. All the lights where on, music was blasting from inside, and there was clearly an employee walking around. He gestured with his hand that they were closed (the doors were locked) but I needed to get gas using Apple Pay and was counting on stopping at this station. DONT RELY ON THEM LATE AT NIGHT

Came on my way home from work at 3am to get milk for my kiddo and guess what this location apparently is closed between 12am-4am this morning even though it lists this location as open. Seriously, it is 7-11 and the only place on hwy 68 open for 20 miles. Pay a higher wage to your staff or make sure management is a dependable back up or franchise owner. What if someone desperately needed gas and only had cash or a phone charger or a vital grocery item. Safeway is closed down the way at 2am also. False advertising of hours and obviously unorganized management.

On google and on their website it says that this location is open 24/7. Everything was lit up and the front doors were wide open when I tried to go in at 11:45 PM and an employee told me they were closed. I came to this location specifically because the website said they’re open all night. Waste of time.

Not anymore. Is a 7-11 that's closed from midnight to 4 a.m. really open 24 hours? It's been closing for weeks. ... The early-morning crew is sharp, runs a tight ship, and keeps the store spotless in the wee hours. A solid, fast stop on Hwy 68.

GAS STATION ATTENDANTS ARE DISHONEST THIEFS HERE. I Tried putting $100 cash on my tank, the gas station attendant “claimed” she put it on the wrong pump and I was out of luck and out of money. After several times of going back and forth I threatened to call the police and identify the $100 bill I gave them ( bc it was marked with red ink) they begrudgingly refunded me for gas. The attendants were nothing but rude and completely inappropriate in handling this costumer service situation. I’ve never had a gas station or business tell me they can’t provide services or issue a refund for the services I already paid for.

One if the better stores in the area...and in the chain. With lots of traffic the store is busy enough to usually have 3 attendants which means fast moving lines even though that only happens during the very busiest times...like early morning commute time, lunch and late afternoon. Also...their hot food bar has constant turnover. So...you can actually get tasty hot dogs, pizza, wings or anything that won't disappoint...nor cause intestinal issues later! My favorite is the Spicy-bite hot dogs and the Buffalo Chicken Rollers!

I have been to many 7 Eleven's, this one is by far the cleanest one i have been in. It was the early comute and the line was long. Veronica was the cashier and made the line go fast . Sure help to have a fast worker at this time of day when everybody is trying to get to work. Great customer service.
