Pharmacy employees were helpful and kind when I came in for a couple vaccinations. They were also extremely patient with rude customers who didn’t understand that they were understaffed. Don’t remember who serviced me, but he was the most polite out of all them.

I had a late-night emergency prescription need on a Sunday night, 06/12/22. This was the only pharmacy I found, which would help me at that time. The staff which answered my phone calls were polite and helpful. Even better, when I arrived, the pharmacist was so kind and personable, that he lightened the whole experience for me and made me feel like going back to that pharmacy for future needs. I wish I’d noted his name so I could thank him personally. A little kindness can go a long way. Thank you, sadly unnamed pharmacist!

wait over 20 mins , no one answer the phone , I called the other walgreen in Webster st, only takes 5 mins, plus , it looks like they are not busy, I would not go there for my rx

I would give zero if I could. The drive thru is supposed to be for drop off and pick up only. It’s not meat for someone to drop off a prescription and wait for it. I literally sat in the drive thru for over 30 mins with one car in front of me waiting because they allow you to wait for a prescription that you are just bring them. They should have asked the person to please come back while it’s being worked on so they can continue to serve the other cars. The car behind me and I left because of the unnecessary wait. The policy needs to be changed. I would go in, but that’s even worse.

The pharmacist asked my doctor for a random code he had never heard of to process my refill, very suspicious. I went through 24 hours of migraine hell because of this. I will never go to this pharmacy due to questionable employees.

they decided that they needed information that they already had all of a sudden from my doctor and just looped me around on the phone I've been going here for months and now they need a patient plan it seems like they deleted my information on the system.

It’s impossible to call and talk to someone in the pharmacy because the pharmacy ignores phone calls. You get put on hold, the music plays for several minutes, and then someone audibly picks up the phone and puts you immediately back on hold without saying anything. It’s been 24 hours since the prescription was sent in and besides not answering my calls, they also didn’t answer the phone when the doctor tried calling to find out what is causing the delay. This treatment is inexcusable when you require antibiotics and pain medication for something requiring surgery.

Pharmacy is extremely unprofessional. Pharmacy techs should be educated enough to treat their employees with respect and be firm about demands with orders so people can get service in a timely manner instead of dragging me into their web of dissatisfaction.

*edit* I received very kind service from Yousef in the Pharmacy. He took the extra time to assist and was gave very clear medication instruction. Thank you Yousef! Pharmacy is open 24 hours, but closed from 1:30-2:30 am for a meal break. (The Walgreens site says it’s 1:30-2:00am, which is not the case).
