Crew working there were cordial, but the wait times are atrocious. The wait times have been 2-4hrs for literally years and my most recent visit was WITH an appointment. Whomever is managing that spot needs to hire some new crew and give those working there a raise for dealing with being so understaffed for so long.

they were able to complete the breathalyzer type portion of the test but, said it's going to be a three to four and a half hour wait for physical portion to be completed. They were able to call me 30 minutes before it's my turn.When I called back the lab told me they contacted my employer told them I had failed for leaving the building. Ridiculous! The lab tech was very rude she said that I was told not to leave the building. Bold face lie.

They are always so personable and nice! I've been to this particular Paine field office next to Boeing. from the first visit when I started working as a CDL driver last year building repor and friendly connections with the staff has been incredibly easy and happened so fast. There has been at least 3 visits that have happened where my job waited for the last second to send me to them where this office has made whatever I needed happen immediately, even after normal CDL visit times are over. These people really care and they get it done right. A bunch of real badasses here I couldn't recommend it more, they get an 11 out of 10 in my book all day any day

The staff was every kind and polite. But the wait times are not appropriate. For a walk in physical I had to wait 5 hours. You can leave the premises for food. But they warn you up front it will ba a long wait. I would only go here if I was truly desperate and no other choice because I can't wait 4-6 hours for like a UA

I really had a excellent experience the staff amazing friendly it was worth the waiting. the Doctor very nice very frendly they all make you feel likecyou part of there family. I Never Fail so comfortable being a urgent care clinic

I guess I was lucky and came after the morning rush! I was in and out for a new job screening! Stopped by Broadway location and it was a 3 hour wait! Everyone was super helpful and polite, even though they were short staffed that day!!

I am only going to Concentra in Redmond if I REALLY have to. 2.5 Hours waiting for an MMR Booster Shot. Not how I wanted to spend my Morning. It only took a couple of Minutes to administer. More folks came in way after me who were brought back ( on a walk in Basis ) Concentra very rarely has appointments. These were walk in Physicals, Drug Screens. Why I could not have been done between these ? No clue.

Went in on short notice for my DOT physical at close to closing on a Friday. The nurse said you’re gonna be the last one of the day only because you need your DOT physical. I know they stayed a little late just so I could take care of my new job. Thanks Concentra Staff nicely done

First I called around to other Concentra offices in the area to confirm I could get in for lab work required for my work. No answer at several clinics the day before. I walked in at Northgate, there was a front of desk person that kindly explained they did not have staff and she would call me of there wouldn't be the following day. I took a chance and drove to Paine Field the following day, was told it could be up to a 3-3.5 hour wait. They were short handed. I decided to wait. The staff took it all in stride, were super friendly, had a great attitude, and a terrific sense of humor. I got in earlier than expected. The staff in this clinic is lead by an awesome manager who communicates well with her staff and patients. I'm impressed!

Bring breakfast, lunch, and dinner before coming as you will have a long wait! This place is a joke. My husband has been waiting for a physical since noon and it is now nearly 7 and the doctor still isn't in. They said all rooms are full and only 1 doctor available. If this is true, maybe they should have patients come back another day instead of making them waste their entire freaking day waiting. Even all of the receptionists have gone home! This is completely uncalled for. If your work wants you to come here or whoever, I highly suggest you go elsewhere. Shame on this business, honestly.
