A good place. I had my oil change done, and the technicians were very through. Their invoice shows a list of things in a very specific way: code descriptions, service information about the brakes and tires. There was no pressure and I was very happy with the invoice. The only reason why I give them a 4 star rating is: they forgot to close the brake fluids bottle and the cap was found on other component.

Gary Johnson who I think is the manager or owner was very informative as to what needed to be done to my car, besides getting a special deal on tires, I bought three and got the fourth free, I didn’t have to order it and wait for it to come in. I’ll surely be back for a tune up soon. Great customer service, my car runs smoothly on the road !!***Thank you Oscar

Super helpful extremely nice. Didn't charge me for finding out what was wrong after I couldn't get it fixed right away. Gave me proof of what was wrong to take to the dealership that just sold me the car and offered to speak with them on the phone for me as well. I definitely will consider them first for future work!

I've taken both my cars here these guys are so honest and work so hard If there is something they can't fix or find a part to they will tell you where to go and what to look for. I needed my car back for a very important appointment they made sure they got it to me back on time working non stop to have it ready. I intend to be loyal to this auto body for years.

This is actually a pep boys. On 128th, in Everett. I ran over a huge Rock in the middle of a lane, in fog, at 1:00 a.m. it went under my car, tearing my coolant hose, and damaging more. I called them the next day, and they were immediate and very helpful. The owner, and his main receptionist were amazing. I didn't speak with many of the other employees, but I know they all did a good job under his supervision. I appreciated the communication, transparency, and how patient they were through my anxiety dealing with all of this. As a female, finding good mechanics are hard. I know my vehicle, I'm consistent taking care of it, and its good to know someone close by I can trust.
