Had a hose break on my truck today. Called Firestone to see if they could help me if a tow truck brought me to them. They were great. He said he only had 3 technicians today but he would do his best. We were there for several hours as they called around to find the right hose. He had the hose brought over to make sure it was the right one. They had my truck fixed and I was out before 4:15. I will be doing business with them from now on. Thank you for such great service. Deborah Davis

My daughter Amber had a tire flatten yesterday...they did an awesome job..took the tire and put new tire in no time and we were on our way. They have come thru for her several times. Thank you

Maybe they are overwhelmed? But I found the customer service to be meh. Bought 4 tires, etc. and they didn't even put my spare back up under the truck. Just threw it in the back.

This crew made sure My Christmas Eve was Merry and Bright. Repaired my flat tire in no time. Did it with a smile and got me back on the road. Highly recommend Firestone.

I have called numerous times and it seems like no one has the time to help you OR they tell you they are busy and will call you back but never do. I do regularly scheduled maintenance on my vehicle and they lost the sale as they didn’t feel “comfortable” doing it. I went and had the work done elsewhere and the transmission is just fine. That’s what happens when you take care of your vehicle! The guy basically argued with me and told me that they probably wouldn’t help me. If I knew the way Firestone treated their customers I would have never applied for their credit card. Zero balance DUE to poor customer service. I have been to several Firestone’s and never been treated or neglected like I have been with this store. Terrible, basically just talk down to customers or don’t have time. Don’t contradict a customer.

Under new management. Robert was very helpful and got my vehicle in the same day ,when they could not complete the job in the time frame he promised he more than made up for it! As a female it is always a question of "am I getting the run around " I felt absolutely at ease and his truthfulness, transparency, and willingness to help will ensure that I an a return customer.

I sat here for 2 hours for an oil change this morning. I came at 7 when they opened. I could’ve waited an hour for any other place in town to open and had it done in 30 minutes. Crew is super nice but shouldn’t be this long. EDIT: AFTER 2 HOURS all they had done was take the tires off they DIDNT EVEN CHANGE THE OIL. I was charged for it and told to “come back for a free oil change” but I won’t be coming back again. Go anywhere else in town. Anywhere.

Took my car to them today cause my car has been shaking when I pick up speed over 50+ miles I thought it was a bent rim is what one place told me. Took it to Firestone and my car drives soo much better they did a wonderful job on it and I they gave me a lifetime tire rotation warranty can’t beat that at all. I think I love this place I will most definitely be going back for more work in the future. Thank you guys so very much. 👍🏾👍🏾 And a special thank you to the gentleman working the front desk five stars to him.
