Nudia was very helpful, we had to merge accounts and get two new phones, one was very old and took some time. My Dad is elderly and asked the same questions over and over. She was very patient and thorough even as the line was growing longer and longer. We are very thankful for her and she told us to come back with any questions.

The young man that helped me was knowledgeable and courteous, I just wish my service didn't have to be interrupted for 2days before finally getting my service switched over. I read the reviews and how everyone had such a great experience. Miscommunication and a little neglect on both carriers parts. At least I can finally use my phone again.

Nicki was very fast and professional. When we got into the store she attended us right away. Usually on a Saturday phone places are busy but not today. We got very lucky and fortunate to have a knowledgeable person that knows what we wanted and needed. Thank you.

The two girls working there were so helpful and polite when they helped me with my jet pack. I didn't have any account information on me but they helped me get my jet pack set up with WiFi once again. Good customer service these days is rare so I want to thank these two girls who work really together for their hard work and professionalism.

Our reps name was she was amazing super fast helpful and made sure I got exactly what I was looking for .
