Nudia was very helpful, we had to merge accounts and get two new phones, one was very old and took some time. My Dad is elderly and asked the same questions over and over. She was very patient and thorough even as the line was growing longer and longer. We are very thankful for her and she told us to come back with any questions. ~genevieve

Had amazing help both times I went in. Tyler is the funkiest guy that was beyond helpful. Day 2 the store manager and assistant manager helped us out with a problem a different t-mobile stuck us with. They were very patient and understanding. ~Zachary

I went in unsure of what would be best for me and luckily Pedro and Ana gave me all the best options available. They layed everything out and truly had my best interest in mind in recommending options. They were able to get me exactly what I wanted and more. Poor costumer service too busy eating or dancing while you are asking questions or need help they run back and forth to the back to eat then come back with their mouth full of food loud music on TikTok live and want you to dance with them when you're just there for business pulls the Day I went there was a bunch of kids there run up and down is it a phone store or pre school ~Guillermo
