Poor costumer service too busy eating or dancing while you are asking questions or need help they run back and forth to the back to eat then come back with their mouth full of food loud music on TikTok live and want you to dance with them when you're just there for business pulls the Day I went there was a bunch of kids there run up and down is it a phone store or pre school

I have always received quick and efficient help at this location. I went in with something new on my phone I couldn't figure out how to fix. The gal was able to work her magic and fixed the problem. Very pleased with her help. I only wish she had a name tag so I could let everyone know who she is.

this store will charge you 15.99 for the sim card when the device comes with it. on top of that they will tell you that the first month comes with insurance already and that its your responsibility to have it removed i never wanted it in the first place and if you look at the reciept your charged $7 for it. this is truly a place of dishonesty. please ask questions and if possible go to another location instead.
