Clean & orderly with great selections and prices. The only drawback is everything is locked up and you must press a button and wait your turn for an associate to come open the case for you to shop and read the back labels on products. I feel pressured to “hurry up and choose” a product when they are standing there patiently waiting on you so they can lick the cabinet back up and help another customer that’s waiting for the gate keeper. It’s annoying not having the freedom to shop freely . I will choose another store that’s just as competitive and without products locked up, especially if I’m in a hurry seems like I can’t just run in and grab what I need off the shelf and hit the checkout in 5 minutes. Very inconvenient when it busy on a weekend . Not customer oriented or friendly as they advertise. Loss prevention should be re-evaluated if this is the reason for lockdown on products and having the customer wait to view an item. This is my fourth choice of store to shop for my everyday needs. I’ll take 4 stars off for that reason.

We stop at this Walmart on our trip to shaver lake, this time we stopped in the hunting and fishing dept and some $10 spinning targets caught my eye, that would’ve been the end of our Walmart trip we would’ve bough our things and left, but there is no way I’m going to wait half an hour for someone to let me buy something I can order on Amazon, same story with their toiletries and clothes. If they’re going to have everything locked up they should at least have the staff to open the cases in a timely manner. We did not purchase anything on this visit to Walmart

Actually this was the first time been back to this store in 7 yrs. Went for some beverages and the check out was fast 1 person in line waiting in front of me. Very surprised of how fast my trip was.

Walmart is the only store with Febreez refills, so I go there for that. Saw blueberries at a higher price than a membership warehouse store. Bananas I bought went from yellow to brown overnight. Greeter politely pointed out location of the restroom.

As soon as I walled in the service department to havev my battery tested, I was greeted by a guy named Randy. If he's not in management he should be. He then had my battery tested by another nice lady right away. In less than 10 mins I was on my way home with a new battery replaced by the warranty. Awesome service!

The establishment was a bit tense...i heard to employees snap at customers...so it literally told me these folks who work here are under some type of pressure... the store was clean...very presentable...lots of suggestive sales at the end of the aisle...kind of busy...

I used their curbside pickup and was very pleased with the service. My only problem was when ordering using the filter pickup only, they have things on there that are not in the store so you checkout and they'll send a message later that certain items are sold out and offers an exchange and wait for confirmation of exchange or cancel purchasing that particular item, which is great but I spent quite some time shopping and spent time making sure what I needed was there and then find out its sold out was very frustrating. Updating their products should be priority for their online staff for their shoppers cuz this seems to be the life we are living with for the moment.

Always stocked and much to choose from. We used to live in San Jose and you would have to fight for parking and the stores would be busting at the Sean's with people. Lived that we moved and have a nice change of pace...

Review for Walmart "Grocery" app The app lets me do my weekly shopping in advance with a day/time that's good for me to pickup. Its helpful avoiding many shoppers inside the store. There is no additional cost for pickup orders. The pickup area is designated & easy to find. Shopper comes out, places groceries it in your trunk, reviews any subsitution and/or unavailable items. It takes 20-30 minutes tops, your home and unloading. In that time you've only been in contact with ONE #essential person during #pandemic #covid19 THANK YOU!! 👏👏👏 THANK YOU!! 👏👏👏

Got a bad puncture off 5 Fwy Southbound near Santa Nella exit (the cheapest gas!), had to get the car towed by AAA to this Walmart about 9 miles away. The mechanics in the shops are friendly and helpful. The place is clean, very thankful for the service.
