I'm very pleased with my choice to store my valuables at StorQuest. Their On-Site staff members are really friendly and helpful and made me forget about any worries I had while in the motions and stresses of moving my life around. The rates are very reasonable and the recently upgraded motion sensor security system is state of the art and I'm happy with the whole thing.

Very expensive storage that wouldn't pro-rate the rent. They took the payment for this month today and it pays us through till Dec 27th. We emptied it out today but they refuse to give us our money back for this month. Totally unfair.

Last week we had a family emergency and needed to get some items into storage fast, and boy do I mean quickly, but with just 20 minutes worth of notice Storquest had us set up. Not only that but they noticed it was the last unit of that size they had available and offered to hold it for us. The gentleman at the counter was really helpful and polite.

this company is one of the best storage units I've ever been with. The staff is friendly helpful and always available when I need answers to any of my questions. The maintenance is excellent and the area is clean. It's easy to come back and forth whenever I need to, and there's no worry for me about potential theft or break-ins,because of the lock system they use. I highly recommend this facility to anyone that needs a place to store their goods.

Wow. Really surprised by your employee Marshall. From the moment I arrived this man not only helped my wife open the door so she could get the stroller in he was polite and made our move so much easier the we expected it to be. He was friendly and kind and gave us beyond great customer care then we could've asked for. This man is literally one of the nicest individuals we have met so far in Los Banos. Thank you again Marshall for your great customer service. Much appreciated.
