Horrible service. They get seem very annoyed and don't want to help out. It seem they don't want to be there. If you looking for a better experience and cheaper monthly go to Security Self Storage that behind the Target in South Gate.

Worst service I had ever experienced. NOEMI apparently manager did not want to give me a refund for a service that after all was not needed. I had been faithful and a loyal customer for near 2 years, and paid on time everytime. So yesterday I went to get some things out of my unit and had forgotten my keys, which was fine I ask front desk in assistance he was willing to sell me a new lock and replace it. However, as we went to the unit, I had found the keys within my key chain, and was able to go in my unit with none of there service. They did not want to refund my money, said I had to speak to manager Noemi. And can only do so on weekdays. So today Monday I Call noemi explain what had happen and told me that I cant get the full refund. Although I didnt get full service since it wasn't required. This was outraged, for $32.10 they has lost a customer and now in a bad review. She was able to provide $20.00 as a refund because they did not drill my lock open which I have to go pick up. However, it's not the amount the issue, it's the fact that the service was not needed after all. Then she tells me its policy for no refund, but she is able to refund if she wanted to. DONT COME HERE, FYI: If you want to leave and not get another mounth of charge notify them 7 days at least, or else they will charge you again.

Its a bit over priced due to the fact that they do close early. The staff is nice and friendly but its sad how people dont help to keep it clean.

Staff is very helpful and your stuff will not get broken into here. They do close kind of early not much time to get out of work and get run over to get something done.
