The young girl who answered my call had an attitude. She said "we don't have a Home Garden location and you don't need to yell". I wasn't yelling she asked 3 time "what location so I thought she couldn't hear me. I'm going elsewhere.

Horrible company. Unit was broken into, passed around to multiple people, not a single person knows what to do. Suppose to get ahold of someone in corporate, its has been 3 months and nothing. Rude, condescending individuals work here. Phone numbers only work half the time, anybody who answers has no idea how to help. This place is a joke. Will be moving my stuff elsewhere asap. Also they have problem with online payment and asked me to come in person to make payments by cash, very fishy.

Was broken into my unit and I was robbed. My unit was under their position and only people that had access was them. I would never recommend them. Gates don’t work, people sleeping in units. Management is a joke. not one call from them to try and resolve this. Only gave one star because I had to.

My husband and I have been looking for the right storage facility the past week. We stumbled across this space after doing a search online. Honestly, one of the only reasons why we decided to rent at this location is because of the excellent customer service provided by their manager Judy. She was extremely friendly, professional, patient and informative. We had a million questions, and she answered all of them. She made the process so easy and was so honest with us. We definitely appreciate good customer service, especially in times when people usually aren’t so nice. Thank you, Judy! We’re happy with our decision.

In particular, I was just helped out by Letty in the office, and her customer service was excellent! I have had a large storage unit here for five years. The rates have been very reasonable. My building has always been secure and maintained and the staff have always been helpful in the office.

I was already upset and he handled the situation perfectly kept assuring me everything was going to be okay and handled the situation perfectly. He got my payment situation handled and gave me good customer service. They are really lucky to have this gentleman. Thank you Zach for helping me out and continue to be awesome!

Tuesday, 7-13-2021 I've had my furniture and all life's belongings in StorQuest Storage since 2009 and now am financially challenged on a monthly basis to not afford rental increases. Judy Flores, the manager in the Magnolia location shows compassion to help me on a regular basis so I don't lose my possessions. I ALWAYS pay on time and have NEVER once been late. Thank you so much Judy for understanding the dilemma I face being in entirely different state and can't remove my possessions. Your compassion is most appreciated!

My parents have been storing here for about a year while we took a family trip across America for 8 months. Leann the property manager always greets us with a smile and keeps an eye on us. She is super funny and makes my sister laugh

I continue to stay at StorQuest not only because of the prices but because of the amazing employees that work here I recommend this place over any other place in the area I will never leave. I always see the employees cleaning and trying to keep this property spotless. I always see Brandon working on different projects around the property to improve the image of the facility.
