I've been shopping here for over 20 years. The only reason I can't give 5 stars is because this store is stuck in time. They need to upgrade, add a bakery and deli like other Staters.

So they have digital deals posted everywhere but the staff at checkout didn’t even ask or let me enter the digital deal number. After he scanned my items he set it straight to payment as I was in the middle of entering the number. So annoyed that I signed up for nothing.

It is a fairly smallmarket. Staff are friendly and helpful. I am handicapped and they volunteer to help.

The reason I only gave a 4 star rating is my poor neighborhood Staters Bros is getting old. I appreciate Stater Bothers. Being a long time resident of Riverside. They have always supported the Inland Empire. For witch I am eternally grateful! I miss the Orange Blossom Festival. But time marches on and so has Stater Bothers. I'm sure my 5 star rating will be exceeded, with the opening of their new location on Arlington and Van Buren. Peace big John

I stopped going to this location for a while because of poor service but decided to give it another chance today. The cashier did not disappoint. Another cashier had to tell her that I was waiting in her line. When she did get to her register, she did not acknowledge or greet me She started to scan my groceries and did not greet me until she saw that I was trying to see her name tag. Her attitude was if I was bothering her. I will never go to this location again even though it is near my home. Terrible service.
