If someone Is paying for something to be delivered. I expect it to be delivered. Not for someone to come and ask someone in my household for help doing the job they are paid to do. Driver was nice, But the Business needs to make sure their drivers are better equipped to do their job. Maybe a second person to help. Or a dolly so they can do it by themselves.

I’ve rented to own a tv here and they wouldn’t give me back my first payment I made for $90. Still not happy with how they handle things. Definitely will not rent here again & also I submitted them to the BBB!

If I could give this place no stars I would....Clara here has TERRIBLE customer service!! She should not be employed here....shes rude and talks over you instead of gaining business she runs people put of the store and it seems like she just doesn't want to do her job....Im not saying that people aren't allowed bad days but when you deal with her multiple times on seperatr occasions and thats all you get thats just straight up bad customer service and the wrong field for her...I filed a formal complaint with corporate and clearly it didn't matter at all.

They are soooooo annoying!!! My family has been dealing with them for years before the were called "rent a center" we have paid off over 10 things. They call you 24/7 if your late pop up to your house!!!! LIKE your gonna get you're money RELAX!!!! Don't you always!! After i pay this last item off Ill NEVER deal with them again. Deal with Aaron's they don't come to your house if your late!!!

My husband and I purchased a VERY nice fridge from here that we would not have been able to afford if not put into payments. Claire was very sweet and professional. After I paid them off, we decided to get a television from them. The manager Mike remembered my name and what I was shopping for after meeting him only once. They are very nice and very professional. Even tho when I make big purchases I ask a million questions-both Claire and mike were very patient with me and didn’t make me feel like an inconvenience or a pain. They were understanding and patient with me. Even the delivery drivers made me feel comfortable coming into my home. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for good customer service and amazing products. Especially if you can’t afford to pay for a product that you want up front, but can afford payments.

Would be a great place if the employees didn't lie to get you to sign without reading the contract. I once rented a ps4 from them, and they told me that in a few months I would have covered the rent to own it. So after signing the contract and paying a few monthly payments, I wanted to check how far was I on claiming my console by calling them. To my surprise, the lady on the phone tells me that I have 7 more payments to make! By then I've already wasted 600$ and they expect me to throw another 700$ more on a console costing 350$ in stores. The contract confirmed this and I immediately returned it. It may have been mostly my fault for trust their word over fine print, but the least I can do is give a heads-up to anyone thinking of getting something here to read the contract before signing no matter what they say.

my husband and I have been a customer for Rent a Center for about 2 years now and when we first started going there it was great the workers there were kind and if they were with a customer they would at least acknowledge us and say "welcome to rent a center we will be right with you" and that was cool cause they knew we were there. But now when you walk in the store the employees are in there office of if they are with a customer they don't say anything to you except for yesterday a lady was with a customer and said hello someone will be with you shortly. The new manager and employees they have there is rediculious cause they don't smile and when they make there courtesy calls the workers are rude very rude. We still have to make payments on what we have there but im looking into paying that bill online cause just the thought of me going into that store I get sick. We want Bill, Gavin and the other guys back who made us fell important going into that store on Arlington between Madison and California
