6 Best cell phone store in Riverside, California (CA) 2024

Great experience at this store! I was in and out with a new upgrade. At a different AT&T store I was being sold a bunch of things I didn’t want so when I refused the sales associate pretty much brushed me off and didn’t want to help me. After that I always went to Best Buy to get my phones. But I thought I would give this store a shot since it’s in my neighborhood. The staff was very nice and helpful. Thanks again! ~Carly

This one star is for the guy with glasses and beard who works here, I didn’t even bother to ask his name as he was very unprofessional and rude, all I asked him was “my new Verizon line which i bought 4 days ago is not able to receive any texts and calls and I’m missing out on important stuff” and he literally said he cannot help me with that and I have to figure it out myself my question is what is he there for? Didn’t Verizon hire him to help the customers? When I questioned him if he cannot help me with it then who will? He started arguing with me again saying he cannot help with that and told me to come back later. When I went back later he literally ignored me and went on with other customers which was fine as I didn’t want to deal with him anyways. Dude, if you don’t like your job then find something else to do? But, a very big thanks to Andrea who stepped in to help me with my phone. She is very professional and patience and knowledgeable, she took her time to help me and made sure I went home with a working phone. Andrea has a very positive attitude and I could tell she genuinely takes her job seriously and helps customers as much as she can. I was helpless as my phone wasn’t working for 4 days, I truly appreciate Andrea alot, Verizon need to hire more employees like Andrea . Thank You Andrea. ~Amanpreet

Waited for over an hour to be attended since they only one associate workig that by the way she did not acknowledge us. In addition to that the whole "free phone" promotion is a total scam it is false advertisement as you have to pay over $150 in fees and accessories. Please work on your customer service.
