Great experience at this store! I was in and out with a new upgrade. At a different AT&T store I was being sold a bunch of things I didn’t want so when I refused the sales associate pretty much brushed me off and didn’t want to help me. After that I always went to Best Buy to get my phones. But I thought I would give this store a shot since it’s in my neighborhood. The staff was very nice and helpful. Thanks again!

Not sure exactly who we talked to in the store but they weren't real interested in helping us for some reason. we left right away, maybe you can get a different experience, Maybe someone was just having a bad day, we just walked out after 5 minutes with 4 phones ready to change over, And we left with our old phones in hand no bueno

Terrible customer service. Cheap chairs and poor effort to help. I signed up to buy a new phone. Just A PHONE . And they charged me double the bill for a plan I DID NOT agree to and actually refused to l do anything to help me. The manager told me “You can leave” since there’s nothing he can do… that’s incredibly disrespectful and rude. they signed me up for a monthly bill I DIDNT AGREE TO!!! They can be quick to take ur money, but slow/refuse to actually help you. So if you need a new phone, run over to AT&T where they charge you 3x the price for a plan you didn’t want/sign for. Thanks Jesse! Awesome experience 👎👎👎

Just went in to this store to get a new SIM card after switching to AT&T. Was helped by Ana who was very knowledgeable and professional. She went above and beyond with service. Highly recommend this location and Miss Ana. :)

The AT&T associate was very helpful, and she explained all of my options. She let me know I was not setup as a veteran in the system and quickly helped me get that resolved. Super friendly and nice. She also explained what deals I would have when my son needs a phone. Definitely coming back to this store.

Peter, the store manager, was professional and polite. He treated me as if I was his only customer and handled my questions and purchase very efficiently. I also watched him interact with his team; answering their questions and helping them through various processes and it was easy to see how respected he was. I will definitely revisit this store when I'm ready to purchase a new phone or other AT&T products, thanks to the great service I received from Peter!

Jason the manager and his associates were so attentive and resolved ALL my concerns and helped me learn things to troubleshoot on my own to get up and running again in no time! He was so composed and helpful even though there were some people waiting and I had so many requests. He certainly controlled the room with positive energy and appeased everyone! Thank you Riverside Plaza AT&T!
