Waited for over an hour to be attended since they only one associate workig that by the way she did not acknowledge us. In addition to that the whole "free phone" promotion is a total scam it is false advertisement as you have to pay over $150 in fees and accessories. Please work on your customer service. Terrible experience

I'm really not Happy. This rediculous that the posted hours say that this store is open till 8:00 on Sunday I drove over here freaking 4 Miles. To pay my bill and it's closed and it's only 7:29 it says it's open till 8:00 gas prices aren't very low right now so you guys need to post them correct time this is the third time it's happened in three months. I'm not getting refunded for my gas or discount on my bill you guys should be correct

Had such a great experience. Laura was very helpful and handled everything. The only drag was when Verizon kept us on hold for over 20 mins

Came here a few times before and there was good customer service and bought a great phone here because my old one the screen broke fell right on the concrete floor but thank goodness for this metro pcs store resolve my issue about replacing my old broken phone for a new one used it for a couple of months and phone came out so great thanks to them for their courtesy and friendly service

Customer service is excellent! Originally I had gone to the one on Van Buren, but since it was always too packed and never had the phone I wanted I decided to check it out. I'm so glad we did because I got the phone I wanted and the service was super nice and helpful. :)

Laura is very nice. Found us a phone with a great deal. However, metro pcs charge an activation of $15 every time you change SIM card to phones.
