Thanks for having Christian, your manager in this store! He is such a professional, empathetic, and go the extra mile gentlemen. Professional: he knows how to solve all the problems in my phone. He knows all the inventories you have, up to how many in each color when other employees asked him. Empathetic: He acknowleadged me when I walked into your store even when he was so busy. He really understood how depressed I was because I don’t know much about the new gadgets, he just gave me assurance that he will help me and understood how I felt.. Went the extra mile: I don’t know how to change my password in Google, he went the extra mile to help change for me. I will tell all my friends and families about coming to your store is like going to Nordstrom, service delux with an extra touch! His employees live and respected him, he is so down to earth! Just love him, so kind and fruendly! I came here needing an upgrade on a phone. The assistant manager was so helpful and answered every question I had...which was a lot! The sales associate that rang me up was also polite, respectful, and professional. I would recommend anyone using T-Mobile service to stop in at this location. Their customer service is great!

I switched over from another carrier and the entire staff at this T-Mobile was incredible and willing to help make the transition smooth and painless. Jocelyn was just phenomenal. She listened to my needs and worked quickly to solve my phone issues. Ed, Christian, Juan, and Melody were also willing to go the extra mile to get me up and running with T-Mobile. Great group here. Highly recommend visiting this location for your T-Mobile needs.

Great service from Rose, I called another closer Metropcs store and asked who I was speaking to and the girl asked who was calling, I said a possible customer, what ever happened to introducing yourself, or being polite and saying Thank you for calling Metropcs this is.... how can I help you, needless to say I never went to that store. That's how I ended up meeting Rose at another store, she was very respectful, polite and helpful.

Switched over from sprint, management and employs we're easily the best customer service I've gotten EVER...completely took care of me and my family hassle free.everyone is friendly and very professional and everyone is seriously there to help and will jump through loops to make you completely satisfied!! Awesome service!!!

I switched my number to t-mobile, and got the new galaxy s8 plus... my experience was amazing with the help of Angie and Ed I was able to get great deals on my phones and service.. I really recommend this store, even tho my kids were being little brats, the sales people were really understanding and help me as fast as they could.. recommending this store to all my friends and family!
