This Checkers is horrible!!!!! Yesterday was my last time accepting a Grubhub order from here, they move like turtles and act like they don’t even see you!!!!!! I wind up rejecting the order because it was taking so long!!!! Smh

These workers are so rude. It’s ridiculous. The way they take orders at the drive thru is ignorant. And when you pull up to the window. They just hand you the food and close the window. No “Have a nice day” or anything. What if I was missing something? Or better yet wanted to add to my order? That’s why I hate ordering in these type of areas. The customer service is truly embarrassing.

The amount of times i find myself stuck between choosing which of the lesser evil to eat that's the least bit healthy, KFC or burgers, I went with burgers so I chose this location as its the closest to my job and i disappoint myself everytime. Everything everyone said about the wait times and bad customer service is true. You'll be waiting for at least 15-20 mins while they do who knows what, i mean you can literally see them standing around while the inside lobby is hardly busy and you're in your car waiting...for 20 mins, and you paid already...not like you can just drive off with no food. Once they made the order they rushed it to you so fast, you opened the burger only to find out its not what you ordered. At least the redo was correct, but again another few minutes of wait. Just know whatever you ordered, you have to open it up right there in the car line and check if its correct. This shouldn't have to be the case, but it is. I wished the Wendys next door didn't closed down, ate there all the time too and didn't have any troubles.

Service is very slow because they were short-handed which is understandable cashier should be serving food and ringing up at all times without wearing gloves involves cross contamination they should be waiting gloves on the line with some kind of sanitized water every hour on an hour the water should be changed

I was in Checkers this evening and saw THE BIGGEST roach I have EVER seen in my entire life. Not only was I given an attitude bcuz "it's a water bug" it was then flicked off the wall with an employee's hand wash to choose to be for confirm and then scurried across the floor back into hiding. This was a reddish brown, 3 inch long American cockroach with about 1 inch long antennae! They didn't even bother killing it, they just let it keep roaming and eating Checkers food. Water bugs are very different from cockroaches, the biggest difference is they have very short antennae on the underside of their bodies and they can also bite! I mean seriously, invest in the Orkin man or put up traps! Do literally ANYTHING besides flick it off the wall so it can keep creating more roaches!

If I could give this place -5 stars, I would. I waited 20 minutes inside to place my order. No one even acknowledged me. The only reason my order ever got taken was because a homeless man came inside asking for change. He literally had to bang on the window several times til someone finally comes to take my order. Rude as hell about it too. 😒 Never again.

Staff is always short fused, it’s seemingly a rarity for service to be rendered with anything remotely close to a smile or gratitude for patronizing the establishment! Drive thru service is the epitome of slow & window service is even slower! They hardly ever even bother to simply acknowledge one’s presence, should you choose the latter of the previously mentioned options, and let’s not even bother to utilize their so called “order in advance”mobile ordering option….. spare yourself the disappointment & just wait until you get there to order! Seemingly the absolute ONLY advantage to mobile ordering are the weekly freebies because certainly the orders are NEVER ready upon arrival, in fact more often than not, they don’t even pay attention to the myriad of mobile order receipts piling up on the printer until it’s brought to their attention by a customer inquiring about a mobile order! This place needs to confer with Chick-fil-A on how to run a business that appreciates their bottom line “their customers “

Alyssa at the drive thru was simply amazing, very cheerful with patience 💖. You can't find many workers like her anymore. Food was excellent!
