Aw man today was bad rushing so I just ordered an picked up and shot outta there maybe it was the girls eyes had me under a spell but I didn't check like I usually do I get home removed the lid (an thanks to Rofo for switching to the bucket cause the bag was messy) and MANNNNN! the chicken was straight garbage hard dark and SALTY $18 down the drain dang🤦🏿

It's always dirty inside and outside, wouldn't buy no coffee or chicken from out of here.... the floors and carpet need to be cleaned the outside of the this place will turn u off before even going inside.......

Store is disorganized, many empty shelves, slow food counter. MANY UNDESIRABLE SHADY PEEPS HARASSING YOU INSIDE AND OUT. Rude security (more security than regular employees) and poorly staffed...... Avoid AT ALL COST!!!!

All the Royal farms in Baltimore mysteriously have broken “free” air machines. I checked them all. Funny how the ones that charge a fee are still functioning just fine.

DWON is a manager at this location who should be demoted to mopping the floors- that may be where he can be the most effective. He is very rude to customers and prides himself on being a smart alec. He was attempting to put the smallest of tenders in my order as if it were a legitimate serving. When I asked him about it he stated that if I didn’t like them I can go somewhere else so that is EXACTLY what I did. He stopped short of telling me to go to 7-11. He spelled his name for me and was very happy to give me the store number for this review, so I hope that he finds reading this review about himself entertaining. I will escalate this to the corporate office as well. I do not recommend this location as 3 out of 4 of the ordering kiosks were as broken as the customer service.

So I came in to get a cappuccino and all I saw was water coming out, when I poured it out I looked in my cup and saw something black but didn’t pay it no mind thinking it was coffee or something, when I was about to ask a worker to fill the machine back up I saw ants running around the machine then looked in my cup again and saw that there was about 3 ants in my cup that came out of the machine. I told the cashier this and told her she should block that section off or something because I kept seeing people going over there and telling them that ants were coming out the machine , the cashier just looked at me and said “ok” then continued to do whatever she was doing totally ridiculous and disgusting.
