Absolute WORST pharmacy staff. Had a prescription called in so many times and these people saying they didn’t get it that my insurance company refused to pay for it another time. Went in staff said they never received the order from my doc so called had the doc resend it TWICE!! Then when I called the pharmacy to verify they had received the order they said yes but couldn’t give it to me because my insurance said our member is was invalid. Called insurance and they said they need prior authorization from doctor which the pharmacy is supposed to call the doctor anytime this happens (they did not any of the three times this happened!!!) After multiple calls to the doctor, the pharmacy and insurance company I found out the prescription had already been paid for by my insurance company and was being refused this time because it had already been paid for. So annoying!! Had these people done their jobs in the first place I wouldn’t have been waiting 16 days for my prescription!

This CVS was by far the worst experience I have ever had. My doctor called a few times to get a prescription for me with no answer. I called a few times still no answer. I showed up a few hours later to ask about my prescription and the pharmacist said that they just received the voicemail and that itll take 2 more hours to fill...why should it take almost 6 hrs to receive my antibiotics? I told them I am in so much pain and have been waiting for this medicine. They said "lunch is about to start for us, so you can get it afterwards." That is the most unprofessional answer I have ever heard. Never going here for a prescription. Super unprofessional and unorganized. I even heard the phone ring and not 1 pharmacy employee answered, I am just confused because is that not part of your job?

I wish I could give it negative stars. This is the worst CVS in the area. The shelves are always half empty, and the pharmacy is chronically understaffed and never even answers their phone. I pity the few people who do work there. Avoid if at all possible!!

For the most part I like working with most of the staff. But why can't the people in the pharmacy dept were their masks properly if at all? Why can't they every answer the phone? Why do they say a prescription has been ordered and when it will be in, but day upon days go by and it never comes in. Why do they blame everything that goes wrong on the electronic system; i.e. notifications that notifications that prescriptions are ready, they are not, etc. Why do they offer family members accounts to be connected if it never is when you are checking on prescriptions? Why do they charge for a bag to place several prescriptions when the policy stated that pharmacies would be one of the places who would not be charging for bags, especially since their labels are bigger than the little bags they bags they initially place the prescriptions in for sorting. Those are just a few little highlights...

I have been a customer at CVS for many years, and I have loved my experience with the pharmacy staff and also the customer service representatives in the store. But today I would like to take the time to thank a young lady that made my experience exceptional her name is Mo… she is definitely an asset to the CVS family! Her customer service skills are impeccable, she not only helped me with looking for a certain item because she had the time she also mentioned the new CVS app where my coupons will go from now on! I would like to take a moment and Thank Jessica and Kayla that work in the pharmacy they were very helpful with information that I needed for a refill... they also answered all of my questions with great detail... Truly great employees...😊 will always recommend CVS Pharmacy to all my family and friends...😊 Had a wonderful experience on March 30th.2022 with Jasmine she was so helpful, her customer service skills are incredible! true asset to CVS and Kay is awesome as well!

I would give them zero stars but to write my review I have to give at least one. So I have had many problems with pharmacy department. One time they gave me the wrong amount of medication . Thankfully I notice, I called and waited on hold for an hour for them to fix it. I on was this medication for while where I only had 7 days to pick it up my perception once my doctor sent it over and .so I called ahead to have it put on hold for me . And they day before the deadline they said oh we gave it to some one else . Turns out they missed placed it . Also they never answer the phone ! They also seem like they are so inconvenienced anytime you ask a question. Every time I have to pick up a perception. They will say oh it will be ready by whatever time and every time it keeps getting pushed. I don’t end up getting my perception for almost 2 weeks after I call them in . They are also very short staffed and are not trained very well. They also go through pharmacists every week. I got a perception for Claritin that was “supposedly over the counter “ so they told me my Insurance would not cover it . Even though I asked my doctor checked with the approved medication list for my insurance before prescribing it. That was a couple months ago I still don’t have it . Don’t get me wrong there is like 2 or 3 pharmacists that know what they are doing and work really hard . But they will probably end up quitting because of how much of the work they do compared to the others . Those are the ones who answer the phone and will happily answer my questions and instead of saying my perception will be ready later they say I will personally make sure it’s ready by the end of the day.

Have to agree with the Pharmacy woes. Slowest, worst, most disorganized. EVER. Never answer. Never have but 1 person at the checkout, and they don't even have a drive thru! I've seen 3x faster with a drive thru and 2x the customers with 2 less staff at my CVS. Terrible. They're nice at least. Only reason for 2 stars. It took me 1 hour to get a flu shot. I almost took a flight to the CDC myself

I have given this CVS 2 chances in the last week and a half and they still say to me we got no call or order from my doctor when my doctor is telling me at the same time he did. I'm done with CVS altogether because this is the second store that has done this. Do not use CVS at all they are just a waste of time every time and also make it seem like you and your doctor are a liar. An thanks to them both I am sick because I don't have my meds.
