The MOST frustrating pharmacy EVER! They do not ever get the times right. They say a script is ready, you drive up just to be denied. It's so laughable at how they do things at this pharmacy. It happens EVERY month, no fail. Ready to take my prescriptions out and go to another CVS. Would have given zero stars if it was a choice. 🤷🏻‍♀️

If I could give zero stars, I would. Horrible experience, totally unprofessional and indifferent to customers. Made an appointment for 10, never actually provided the Covid test I needed. After sitting in my car with a mask on for 25 minutes, ring the buzzer again, she barks out “I told you I couldn’t get logged in, you’ll just have to come back!” What is the point of having an appointment? And when exactly am I supposed to come back? Why would I want to experience that again? I will never return to another CVS!

Lets start off with i do not go and give poor reviews out EVER.... the front desk is always empty, standing there waiting alone to check out for at least 5 min-10 minutes. and Pharmacy desk does not tell you anything you ask a question and the answer is "call your insurance" not a for what, not why, absolutely nothing. And at that i was there for at least 8 minutes several of them passed me looking me dead in my face without helping at all, and not once did anyone say " we will be right with you". I work with insurance companies day to day and patients, they are not welcoming at all and really make you feel as if they could care less about your medications. and the past three weeks i have been asking why i am paying a copay for my medication if i have Medicaid as secondary and it took all the way up until today for me to call them being rude to get told that my primary was showing terminated. you can bet I called my insurance this time and was it..NO. i will be finding a new pharmacy after this.

I went to pick up my husband's meds on a Sat. The pharmacy was closed. They were supposedly waiting for the pharmacist to come in. None arrived that day. I understand that emergencys happen, but don't they have other pharmacists to substitute? Thankfully, they were open on Sun., when I went to get his meds. My husband's meds are normally free. This was my first time using CVS in that area+ was supposed to be an in network pharmacy. The cost $98.00. I was told one med was $46.00. I used Goodrx+ paid $18.40. Instead of ringing the coupon as they would normally, the lady took all the meds+ left the counter, leading me to believe they changed the prices on the rest of the meds to make sure they made the most money. One thing for sure, they kept me from using Goodrx on the others. Because it was past their lunch time, + he had missed a dose of meds, I paid the $78+ left. BTW, insurance company says his meds are free. Clearly, this CVS was not preferred. It was in network.

The CVS deserves a zero stars when it comes to their pharmacy. Customer service zero anything operating in that department zero. If you’re a mom with a kid and you know how it is when you have to take them out of their booster seat/car seat you don’t wanna do it that’s what a drive-through is for. Two weeks and I can’t get my medicine through drive-through

DO NOT HAVE YOUR PRESCRIPTION SENT TO THIS STORE! I would give this store a zero if I could. They seem to have an issue even having a pharmacist in the store regularly so now my prescription is held hostage until I can get my doctor to potentially write me a new one. Why even keep the store open if you can't have a pharmacist on premises during the posted hours?

Cvs on Hollins ferry Road.. been coming here for years and the staff now is just rude. Go through the drive through and you will wait in line for 45 mins to A hour. I picked up my medicine (which was already done and bagged) and I still waited for ever. They just have no customer service or respect. Trying to talk over the phone in the drive through and the girl kept slamming the phone. I don’t understand why it’s turned in to such a cruel world kinda sad..

Literally worst pharmacy ever as far as wait times. The staff is usually nice but It takes a minimum of at least 2 days to fill a prescription even when they tell you it will only be an hour. I don't know if they are under staffed ( I don't really think this is the case because at least 4 people are usually behind the counter) or just VERY slow but people can't wait days to get their prescriptions filled. It's ridiculous.
