I have been a customer at CVS for many years, and I have loved my experience with the pharmacy staff and also the customer service representatives in the store. But today I would like to take the time to thank a young lady that made my experience exceptional her name is Mo… she is definitely an asset to the CVS family! Her customer service skills are impeccable, she not only helped me with looking for a certain item because she had the time she also mentioned the new CVS app where my coupons will go from now on! If I could give zero stars, I would. Horrible experience, totally unprofessional and indifferent to customers. Made an appointment for 10, never actually provided the Covid test I needed. After sitting in my car with a mask on for 25 minutes, ring the buzzer again, she barks out “I told you I couldn’t get logged in, you’ll just have to come back!” What is the point of having an appointment? And when exactly am I supposed to come back? Why would I want to experience that again? I will never return to another CVS! ~Linda
