Best cosmetics store in Baltimore, Maryland (MD) 2024

I have been a customer at CVS for many years, and I have loved my experience with the pharmacy staff and also the customer service representatives in the store. But today I would like to take the time to thank a young lady that made my experience exceptional her name is Mo… she is definitely an asset to the CVS family! Her customer service skills are impeccable, she not only helped me with looking for a certain item because she had the time she also mentioned the new CVS app where my coupons will go from now on! This is by far the Walgreens with the best staffs!!! I just started coming here (yesterday 8/31/22 was my first visit) and the staffs made a great first impression. They were pleasant, quick to help, and had a great attitude. I thought maybe I just got lucky with this rare occurrence because every Walgreens that I have been to are filled with the meanest, rudest staffs. I came back to shop this morning and it was the same pleasant experience! The gentleman who helped me was very nice and professional. He helped me to get all my coupons to work rather than scowl at me for wanting to use coupons like every other Walgreens (the store literally prints you register rewards so why are you mad when I want to redeem them?!). It is such a refreshing experience to interact with people working customer service positions who actually care about the customers and ensuring they are having a pleasant shopping experience. I highly recommend this location because the staffs are exceptional!!! ~Ngan

If I could give zero stars, I would. Horrible experience, totally unprofessional and indifferent to customers. Made an appointment for 10, never actually provided the Covid test I needed. After sitting in my car with a mask on for 25 minutes, ring the buzzer again, she barks out “I told you I couldn’t get logged in, you’ll just have to come back!” What is the point of having an appointment? And when exactly am I supposed to come back? Why would I want to experience that again? I will never return to another CVS! ~Linda

This Walgreen's should've stayed Rite Aid! Since Walgreen's has taken over they've been a disservice to the community. Rite Aid used to offer way more items especially food. When I couldn't make it to the market I could find what I needed here. Pharmacy hours used to be from 9am to 9pm and now they're only open from 10am to 6pm Mon- Friday. Its sad because I was excited for Walgreen's to take over because every other store is so nice- but not this one. I'll be transferring prescriptions because of the limited pharmacy hours. Try Fayette Street or Northern Parkway for a good Walgreen's. ~robin
