Every time it’s time for me to get my medicine they never have all of them. They give me and then when it’s time to go back to get the other half they say i need a new prescription when I came back when they told me to or wait for a call and I never get one … bring back rite aid

I always have a positive experience at this Walgreens! The staff is always friendly and helpful. I was checked out by the manager Eugene today who was super nice and cheerful despite the store obviously running on a staffing shortage today. Will continue to return!

The slowest pharmacy in the world!!! There was a line of about 15-20 people. It took us FOREVER to get shots. Seriously, try other pharmacy. I was there for more than an HOUR AND A HALF!!!

Bring back Rite aid because this place should be closed down! High prices and low stock. The pharmacy is a joke and whatever you do Don't try to call the pharmacy and speak to someone because that is an exercise in futility. I feel really bad for the community that aren't able to go elsewhere. Smh

Terrible! Calling as a healthcare professional and on hold for 15 min, someone picks up and disconnects the call. Now I’m back in queue with over 3 callers ahead of me. I can’t imagine what patients go through when trying to call.

This Walgreen's should've stayed Rite Aid! Since Walgreen's has taken over they've been a disservice to the community. Rite Aid used to offer way more items especially food. When I couldn't make it to the market I could find what I needed here. Pharmacy hours used to be from 9am to 9pm and now they're only open from 10am to 6pm Mon- Friday. Its sad because I was excited for Walgreen's to take over because every other store is so nice- but not this one. I'll be transferring prescriptions because of the limited pharmacy hours. Try Fayette Street or Northern Parkway for a good Walgreen's.

Changed their hours in pharmacy to being closed weekends. Worst customer service, rude, and disrespectful, and if you are white it's 10x worse. Pharmacy is slow af, if they were any slower they would be stationary. They quit doing Western Union even though the kiosk is running. Out and out laziness. Shelves under stocked. The manager here couldn't manage a cotton candy stand let alone a chain store as big as Walgreens.

I had been going to this pharmacy since 2009. As a Riteaid I was very satisfied overall. After Walgreen took over and started replacing real food with junk candy not taking in consideration the people who lived around the pharmacy and relied on the pharmacy as a place to be able to get groceries. It just showed they didn’t care. After they took over the pharmacy became a big mess not because of the people working behind the pharmacy. Then they change their hours without letting people know. So people missed getting medication‘s. Still no apology to the customers. They’ve sent all of the longer hours to one single store that isn’t even central to the city. The intelligent thing would have been to divide up the hours or alternate them so that people could come to the store and get their medication instead of having to take a bus across town. But Walgreens didn’t consider that. They didn’t care. Then last but at least they let my favorite pharmacist Rini go. She worked very hard she made sure every year I got my flu shot. She cared. Walgreens doesn’t care. They don’t care if you might be in danger that you may not get your medication. Walgreens doesn’t care. That’s it.

Worst Pharmacy in Baltimore!!! Been months without my eye drops had a appointment today and my doctor sent my prescription in front of my face still Walgreens doesn’t see my prescription. Called my doctor and they faxed it over multiple times and the pharmacist still doesn’t see my prescription. Meanwhile my eye pressure is a 54 in one eye and 28 in the other. Been doing permanently damage to my eyes because they basically won’t give me my drops. Going back after they closed the gate for lunch lol and see if they received after the 3rd time today and about the 7th and the past couple months. I live a block away but I’m going to switch pharmacies regardless. I been trying to get this drop for months from Walgreens and somehow they never receive it!!! Even after I gave up waited months for a doctors appointment.Got him to resend it today and it’s still the same problem!! Nasty attitude from the pharmacist as if I’m doing something wrong by needing my medicine smh. I’m going to a better location this is a horrible location. Stay away unless u don’t drive and have no choice!!! So I’m here now after their lunch and months of waiting for my drops and they finally received the prescription and she’s putting it in now lol the level of pettiness is beyond matched!!! All for eye drops I need daily smh. I’ll take my drops and switch pharmacies for ever!!!!!!!

This Walgreens is the worst Pharmacy on the planet.They never answer calls or have you on hold forever like you don't have A Life to Live or something,And thenThey are so ignorant They never have the medication or it's never in stock at this particular point I wonder why this Pharmacy is even in operation. I think maybe they should just shut it down, Start over Or fire everybody and hire new people Because this is ridiculous.
