I stopped last night after coming from the laundromat. I called my order, told it would be 10 minutes. I left the parking lot of the laundromat, and drove 1 minute to wear Jojoes Deliver is located. I ordered a few wings and French fries. Got home in less than 10 minutes, put away my cleaned clothes, washed my hands to prepare to eat, and looked at my food and was thoroughly disappointed. The fries were overcooked and some were burnt, and the Chicken tasted like it was precooked, and when the order was called in, the wings were recorded and some even seemed burnt. I was $10.20 on this! The worse part was approximately one hour after eating, I began to throw up the wings and fries. I only ate half, threw the other half away , and even this morning my stomach is a little queasy. The only other thing I ate yesterday was a boil egg at 8 o'clock, and I was fine. Whatever was in their food, I pray that's it's out of my system now. Will not be patronizing them ever again. I called this morning to report this, and they hung up. Poor customer service!

Every time I call ahead to order then come to pick up the women upfront has completely messed up my order or am trying to say I didn’t order a certain thing but yet she repeated it right back to me on the phone. They need to get rid of her or teach her how to properly take an order.

Service is always terrible and the manager is extremely rude. It's at the point where even his employees look at him awkwardly as he ruins basic costumer service interactions. I recently decided to return to order 2 breakfast platters. Asked for tomatoes and onions in my eggs and he refused to add them. I asked why and he said they sell omelets and by adding tomatoes and onions. I asked if I could just pay $2-3 extra for the tomato and onions or how much it would be to upgrade my eggs to an omelet so I wouldn't have 2 eggs as well as an omelet. He said he couldn't do either and I had to get my eggs plain and add an omelet. I told him it doesn't make sense for me to get all that eggs when I am willing to over pay for the onions and tomatoes. He then told me "I am the manager, what I say goes and you can order omelet or leave." I left disappointed in his ability to make a simple business decision

The service sucks! My first visit to this place was this month, Feb 2016. I stood in line and waited patiently for the cashier to take a phone order. The order took way longer than expected because the customer had a lot of questions. No problem with that; however, once the order was complete, the cashier hung up the phone and it immediately rang again. Instead of the cashier answering the phone and asking the person to hold, the cashier began taking the new phone order while I was standing right there in his face. This was rude, disrespectful and showed extremely poor customer service. When I say that I will NEVER patronize this establishment again, I mean NEVER!!!! I don't care if they have the best food ever, I will never experience it and will NEVER refer anyone there. JUST RUDE!!!!

I had patronized this establishment since it opened. The original management team was pleasant and the food quality was excellent. I had never had a problem until recently. I placed an order at 8:01pm and the cashier said it would be ready in fifth teen minutes, upon my arrival I told her what my order was and she looked at me as if she was confused. She began looking through the system saying that the order was never placed. I told I just called and spoke to you she replied in as very condescending tone "Well, did you call here?" I unlocked my phone and showed her when I called. She then say "Well I dont know what happened do you want to place that order now? I swiftly said no and left. Never will patronize this establishment again I don't appreciate my intelligence being insulted when they were in the wrong.
