If I can't use your bathroom, you don't get my money. What type of restaurant doesn't provide a means to wash your hands before you eat. Customer service is bad. They want the money from the community but clearly don't want the interaction.

Disgusting customer service very disrespectful and inconvenient interaction,I placed a order online waited 20 min so everything would be ready drove to store and had to show ID and card I place my order with,manager is very rude and dl t care for customer service,I have never been treated in this way at a fast food service restaurant,my order was paid for ahead of time which I confirm by shouting my subway app confirmation avoid this location they have no respect for paying customers !!!!!

I never been at the subway in my neighborhood but the one on Calvert street and mondawmin mall are very clean great customer service the subway on Baltimore street you're not allowed 2 use the bathroom unless you buy something

No one spoke english or could tell me the specials or deals. The communication was so terrible i ordered something I didn’t want because they couldn’t understand! Also we found a bag of opened chips by the register for sale. Smh terrible.

Terrible customer service, I called in a large order for our office as a thank you to staff and was early picking it up but they had sold it to someone else and refused to make a new order for us. I will never order from this location again.

Don't ever come to this location after 8pm. They always close 8:30 or earlier, even though the hours state 9pm with doors locked and won't let your come in. I stopped coming to this one after many attempts around this time when me and my son usually coming this way.
