I ordered through Door Dash and they informed my driver that they were out of something I ordered but do not allow substitutes for items so they had to cancel my order completely. When DoorDash tried to call to ask what item they were out of they did not answer, so I couldn’t even re-order it get anything else. So now I’ve been waiting over and hour for food and have to find somewhere else to order form all because they can’t substitute and item.

Absolutely filthy Parking Lot. Bad service, made me wait for chicken for 22 minutes. Very Slow Drive thru movement. Girl at the window looks like she needs a shower.

Food is decent , staff is the worse. There is nothing worse than visiting an establishment to get greeted with a nasty tone in the drive thru. This is not an isolated incident, it happens repeatedly. It's as if you went to someones home unexpectedly and requested chicken using their ring doorbell. To top it off I requested all dark chicken. I was informed it would be a 30 minute wait..I agreed to wait and was asked to pull around. To my surprise the employee brought the chicken out as I was parking . I get home to find out there are dark pieces on top with all white on the bottom. Is good honest service too much to request when 12 pieces of chicken is $27.00 ?? Is a warm greeting too much to muster up for customers that keep this establishment open? I would think not..but obviously the employees at this Sinclair lane location clearly disagree.

Eventhough my order was hot and correct, it was also nasty. The fries tasted like fish and had SO MUCH salt on them. The crispy chicken sandwich was overcooked....not burnt but overcooked. It was dry and in some spots chewy. I asked for my receipt and was told that the printer was broken. I asked if the cashier would just go to another register to print and was told "It doesn't work like that" as she laughed.

Stopped here today for a quick small meal my experience was not great. First they had a problem with change. So I made it easy for them by giving them the exact amount which seems to be a big problem. This ended up taking several minutes to fix. Let me make this clear the young girl working the drive thru was extremely pleasant the whole time. She was in fact A- I understood her not being able to open the register without the manager on duty to assist her. A second young lady came and still I’m just sitting here. Finally I assume he was a manager or person running the shift comes & correct it. Ok so I get my food pull away to the side to check & see that it’s all in the bag. I get further up the road to find out the soda machine needs to be serviced so I turned back around this time to bring back for another one. The same guy meets me at the door, take my cup and says I’ll bring it to you. In just that short time of 5 minutes I have to get out go into the store to get my drink of a half filled cup handed to me by the young lady who was working the drive thru. The manager acts has if he was bothered by me coming in. Well Sir you forgot that I was waiting on my drink for 5 mins. I walked around to where you get your own drink and Mountain Dew & Sierra Mist both shoots out all over my hand. Just bad customer service period. 🤨😠 This could’ve easily been corrected with the right Manager working. 2:30- 3pm shift 3/12/22

I was not able to order online, went there today. The door was locked, not sure why did they do that. Order 12 pcs of fried chicken from the drive-through. The guy told it was $26+. Didn't even buy it.

Please don’t order from this place I ordered a 3 piece received 2 pieces I work 30 mins away. When I called 3 times nobody answered the phones.the chicken is old and dry. I contacted corporate.

I was gonna shoot for 5 stars till i open the box and came across this corn which looks like 3 days old, fast service,good chicken BUT i wouldn't serve any type of food that look days old from a Mile away.Those good old days of great fam reunions at cheap but good fast foods restaurants are long gone.Dont be afraid of demanding FRESH FOOD,you paying for it.

Customer service is extremely poor. I've never had a good experience at this location but it's close to home and my son loves the popcorn chicken. I ordered 2 popcorn chicken combo's and both were full of overcooked tiny bits of hard batter. There were no utensils or napkins in the bag and I wasn't given a receipt. I think this will have to be my last visit. I'll just have to get his Popcorn Chicken from somewhere else.
