Overpriced skimpy portions. It took 30 minutes for them to get my order ready which consisted of 3 combo meals. The employees don't speak English. I have never experienced such horrible food and service. I will not ever go back there!

This place is horrible. If you only speak English your order is not It's not even going to be close to right. I haven't been here in a while because of how bad the service was before but I gave another chance because they're only one out of 3 places open on my way to work at night. I went there last night and tonight 9-29-22 both times they got it completely wrong. Tonight I talked to nearly every employee working before I could even get close to what I want and most of what I tried to order was "sold out". All I asked for was a #2-4 piece dark meat only didn't matter if it was milder or spicy it just had to be dark meat Everything else I tried to order was "sold out" and not what I got! Last night half my order wasn't even in there! And good luck trying to call and say something because it's either busy or just rings and rings, no one answers if anybody else knows how to get ahold of the owner or corporate please let me know. I don't want my money back, I don't want my food replaced cause I don't trust it! But they need to what their employees are doing.

Ordered food at the drive through. There’s a language barrier, which I’m not upset about. It does slow down the overall time for everyone. I paid for my food and received my drinks and receipt. Another worker came to the window and was asking for payment. We go back and forth for a bit. Then she asks me to pull over because the foods isn’t ready. Okay, sure. This women come out of the building with my food reached out. She doesn’t walk over to me because apparently the ground is lava or something! And after all of that, my tenders weren’t even hot (everything else was).

Terrible!! They don’t speak English and it makes ordering difficult. They’re always out of food and sauce. Today I’d thought give this Popeyes another chance and again I’m disappointed. I didn’t get my frys in the bag and I ordered a large mashed potatoes and the container not even full! And again they’re out of all the sauces… but I was able to get just one sweet heat

The last 2 times I went, they didn't have popcorn shrimp. They also didn't have the fish sandwich that was advertised at their drive thru. On the rare occasion that they do have what I want, they are SLOW! I used to decline these orders when I worked for a food delivery service because they would make my deliveries late every single time.

The food that was correct was decent. Well the chicken sandwiches and fried shrimp. The fries weren't good and the drinks always taste off. We got rice instead of fries for one of our side items (we ordered fries) and the dirty rice was bland. The person who took our order was struggling to understand English and then wasn't sure what change to give us. Got 3 stars strictly cause the shrimp and chicken were good.

Foods cold, employees have HORRIBLE attitudes. Claims they’re busy, there’s two people in line and their employees are outside, talking to other people. They served large sides in small drink cups. Out of so much of our original order. When we called to tell them how my mother’s 4 piece meal was missing a piece of chicken, the manager and whoever the girl was that answered did not have me on hold so I heard them in the background yelling about us. Maybe get the orders right and fix your nasty attitudes and we won’t have a problem. 3rd time in a row we’ve had problems here and every time we came to this store, we spent $30-$70 on our orders.

These are the wings Popeyes gave me. All 3 were this size. Sauce pack is for size reference. This is ridiculous. Unfortunately I was at lunch and didn't have the time to go back. So I guess won't be going back here again.

Lady in the drive-thru was talking on here phone . gave me the wrong drink and forgot to give me my sweet heat sauce. Luckily I caught it before I drove off. All I ordered was a 12 piece nugget combo and it was all jacked up. Nuggets wasn't fresh. They needed to change the oil.

Takes forever at the drive thru Update: Shameless lazy arses are taking advantage of the covid and keep inside closed needlessly, they open for few days and then close again, don't even talk at the drive thru where you place order, take forever to make food, even then its cold and burnt. That sandwich is not dark from spice, it's BURNT!
