First I want to apologize for those of you that had terrible experiences shopping at our store. We always hear the customer side, but never the employee. (Former employee) I would like to ask the woman that wants to call us “ghetto” to go look up the definition… you’ve shopped there on more than one occasion so we all can’t be that bad. My sales associate was telling me the price not you because I saw it in a box before we put it out and I wanted the dress but NOT for $60. As far as you thinking my sales associate and myself were being snootie for informing you of the price of a dress while taking it down was an issue is ridiculous. You would never walk into coach or Gucci and say an associate was being snootie for telling you the price of a bag would you? No one assumed you couldn’t afford it, but from our experience shoppers have told us it was ridiculously priced , not worth it, and would have us put the dress back. The dress was heavy too so no one really wanted to have to take all those dresses down to find your size and then you not even get it. Our fault of course not yours, but I’m just saying. We were just doing our job as a sales person and giving you information about the item you could’ve potentially purchased (and didn’t purchase I may add). Instead you left it with all the strings pulled out and tried to just throw it on the hanger. None of us that work there are snootie and are very humble. We are not sales people that will sale you an item just for a sale. You’ll get blunt, honesty. Some like it some don’t. We cater to the demographic that comes into the store which is why we have certain types of employees as well. Employees can have conversations amongst ourselves. Even if it’s about an item you want to see. It wasn’t in a disrespectful manner in any way shape or form. We can also express our feelings about the dress. Nothing was unprofessional except maybe my delivery to you about the price seeing as you assumed that I thought you couldn’t afford it. My mistake. I’ll do better on my end. …the woman with the issue of the price of the shorts… every store purchases their goods from somewhere else. We’re not in the back making our own product. To see a return on your investment you hike the price up a bit to make some of your money back. That’s with any company. How else are they supposed make back what they’ve spent. The only fault we have here is that an employee was either not trained properly or informed correctly about removing the other company’s price from the clothing so we could avoid an issue like the one you had. Madrag is not the only place that does this and it’s sad that that’s what you based your review off of. My customer service was great on the other hand and I even had a conversation personally with you how I agreed with you about you being displeased with the price hike. You have the choice on whether to buy or not and we’re not forcing your hand. Im glad you didn’t get the shorts and hopefully will have a better experience the next time you shop with us.

Everything was girly and nothing in their fit. Everything was a small size like a double zero and with me being a size 18 I couldn't wear anything in the store. Not to mention all the shoes were like high heels. I hated the store

So this is the second incident I purchased two 3 pairs of shoes first the manager forget to remove the alarm detector. I go back to the register another remove the alarm and another pair of shoes from my bad forget to put to shoe and my receipt back into the bag. So I go back thank god she recognize me for me to get my shoe back so I told her that I had the wrong color that I was going to return the previous shoe so when I get back they telling me that they can’t exchange them because I don’t have the box. But they never gave me a box to begin with the cashier remove everything from the bag. So they now telling me that I can’t return the shoe without the box they they kept 🤔 the first incident they kept some items out. They need to drug test there employees before they hire them .

Cute reasonably priced clothes but the employees are ghetto and unprofessional. I asked to try on a dress and the cashier says “ you know that dress is $60. Before I take it down I just want you to know that.” Then proceeded to have a conversation with the other employee about the last person who asked to try on the dress. The price wasn’t the issue it’s the snooty attitude as if if couldn’t pay the $60 for the dress if I wanted it.

Watch out for their prices. Found one pair of shorts that still had the No Boundaries tag for $9.99 and another exact pair with it removed. They were charging $13. Employees should be more careful when hiding the original price and trying to charge more... we chose not to buy the shorts at the hiked up cost.

I remember coming here a good 20 minutes before closing for a last minute item and the cashier seemed very keen on not wanting us there. I would understand because, I'm a food service worker, but don't talk very loudly about people when they're right there. lolz nice store tho

Sooooooo thankfull to Patricka for making my shopping experience today a good one! Prior to today it's always been mostly unpleasant: dirty floors and dressing rooms and very rude or inattentive employees. Patricka was helpful and kind, positive and very informative!!! She has a great look/sense of style and a great attitude and was FUN!!! Give that girl a raise!!!

Never have I ever had bad experience with customer service at stores. This place should be called MadRATCHET! Ladies working there were rude when politely asking for help retrieving items at high areas. Girls were on their phone instead of checking customers out. One older lady with short hair was the rudest when asking Help to find items and making rude sounds as if it was a bother. They obviously don’t like their job but they shouldn’t treat customers rudely . I literally put half my stuff back had I not needed one item badly I’d put it back too. Check out Rainbow next door instead . Better service .
