The Storage it self was everything that I needed....Clean, durable and spacious. As for the pick up and billing issues, that's when my experience with PODS went spiraling downhill. I was told my pick up window was from 9am to 12pm om a Saturday and no one showed, so I decided to call customer service only to be told that no one could come for a pick up until Tuesday, which i felt was unacceptable. Then i was told The pod could be picked up on Monday....and for the inconvenience my pick up fee would be waived since i had already been charged for the NO SHOW pickup. Now its time for the POD to be picked up on Money....and BAM my account was charged again for the pick up and to ADD Insult to injury PODS auto billed my account for ANOTHER MONTH over $200....Now I'm LIVID... The the next Customer service Team member had little patience with me because it was the end of her shift....then i had to repeat the entire matter over again due to lack of account notes...only to be told...They don't know how long it will take for me to get my $200 plus dollar charge corrected....At this present moment I still have not receive not ONE credit ~charles
