Impressed with the quality of service in store and of the products. When it came to the delivery, the service was good but the professionalism did not quite match that of my in-store experience. There was one gentleman in particular, who was nice enough, but lacked basic hygiene it seemed. It made the overall experience a bit…pungent, enough to knock off two stars of an otherwise five-star experience. I overall recommend.

Good selection of furniture. We found exactly what we were looking for. More importantly, they had fantastic customer service! They were available to answer questions, help with loading, and immediately replaced (with same day delivery) an item that was damaged in the box.

I would give them 6 stars if I could. I came to the area for business for 6 months and had to furnish an apartment. After looking everywhere, it seemed I would not have furniture for a few weeks....until I stumbled on this store. I was super impressed with what they had in stock. Tay was awesome and helped us with our order. The delivery guys were just as awesome and everything went perfectly! My place was furnished within 36 hours and the items are great quality for a price that cannot be beat. So glad I found them!!

We were looking for a new recliner. We stopped by some retail chain stores. We decided to stop by The Furniture Guys since they seem to be a small local business. Shop Local! I’m really glad we did. The outside is misleading. There are two buildings and one is huge! We were greeted when we first walked in. She asked if we needed help. I told her we were looking for a chair. She took us back to the area with Living Room furniture. She explained how everything was grouped and asked if we needed her to stay. We told her we would just look around so she left us to shop. We had a question and as soon as I started to get her someone else was there asking if we needed anything. Perfect amount of help without being overbearing! We ended up purchasing a double recliner instead. As for the quality, it appears the same as the chain stores. It is not high end but the prices aren’t high end prices. The most IMPRESSIVE thing that happened, is that we paid cash and we apparently had some bills stick together. As we were leaving we were called back and she recounted and gave us the extra back. Integrity that is hard to find today! Great job Furniture Guys!
