Nice sales, but they only have one fitting room and the last time we went we were trying on jackets OVER our own clothes and some rude old lady told us we could only try on in a fitting room. Nothing was showing, because again, we were putting on jackets over our own clothes. She was so ugly about it when there never should have been a problem! If you're not going to have all your fitting rooms open then of course people are going try over their clothes. Seriously just fix your fitting rooms.

They have a big & tall section cheaper than King Size & DXL. The colors & selection is amazing. I'm happy with JcPenney & will definitely return 👍

This JCPenney is located within the Altamonte Mall and is much bigger, cleaner and has a wide variety of your favorite brands. They even have a selection of formal, semi-formal and casual dresses for the Juniors and women. The men’s section is also filled with a wide variety of clothes and shoes with great prices. I’m a frequent shopper at JC Penney and it’s one of my favorite locations in Central Florida. It has its own entrance if you want to avoid the crowd at the mall. The bathrooms are clean and the dressing rooms are handicap accessible.

Went with a friend. We couldn't find the items we were looking for & it appeared to be understaffed as we only saw 2 or 3 employees. Overall, the mall was very quiet today.

Awesome experience. 5 star review because of Francesca! She was such a wonderful help and pleasant to speak with. I did have issues at checkout and was extremely disappointed upon checking my clothes once I got home. I found the ink security device was still on the pants I purchased. I needed the pants for the following morning, but the store was closed and I couldn't get the device removed. That alone deserves a 1 star... But Francesca was so great, I have to rate 5 star

Pretty good selection and friendly staff. The high frequency of half-off (or thereabouts) sales feels gimmicky, but I know JCPenney tried to go with "honest" pricing and got punished for it in sales, so what can you do? :D The location is really showing wear and badly needs a renovation, but it's still a pretty good go-to spot for reasonably-priced quality clothes.

Store shows it’s age. Definitely in need of updates. Carpets could use a cleaning in the least and better yet they should be replaced. The lady that worked there and assisted us was very kind and pleasant to speak to.
