I recently just called the Altamonte store location to find out about exchanging a pair of shoes that I had purchased in March before the Covid pandemic. All of the stores started shutting down and it was not safe to be traveling to large locations such as the mall during these times. I have only worn the shoes twice, they hurt my feet extremely bad and caused my toes to become numb. Something was not right about the shoes. I paid $120 for these brand new shoes, which have only been worn twice. They are brand new. The woman I spoke to you was extremely rude and had an attitude, basically telling me that it’s been past the 45 day allowance and they would have to inspect the shoes before allowing me to exchange them. I explained that it’s been past the 45 days because of the Covid pandemic and not feeling safe to travel until now. I think that that’s my right.
I will be going to the Sanford champs location instead, which is where I purchased the shoes from originally, they were extremely nice to me and explained they would be happy to exchange the shoes anytime. I don’t know who this woman was working at the Altamonte store at this time, but she needs to learn some customer service skills. I won’t be going to that location ever because of her. I imagine during these uncertain times, any store located at a mall needs all the customers they can get, but a bad attitude from an employee will not help your sales. ~Jennifer
