Jessi was great! She offered to assist me right away and was able to find the right shipping options for me. The store was clean and there was only a one minute wait. I went around 11am and there were plenty of parking options. Even though I had a lot of things to ship the whole process took under 15 minutes. I like this store, but today I'm unhappy with them. I live in the other side of town and it takes me over half hour to get here. I came to return some items I got and they only give you 7 days to do it, and they had a sign today saying they were closed.(I couldn't find they announced this on their FB page, I don't think they did). I told the lady who was nice to talk to me that I'm going to be out of the country soon and every night I have plans of preparation (it's a last minute trip), and asked if they couldn't accept my return today, if they would be able to accept the return after I'm back and she said no. I just think that if they're close on a business day they're usually open, and someone comes from far they could have some grace on them, and in my case, at least accept my return knowing that I was here before the 7th day, but they were unexpectedly closed. I have a Clothes Mentor 10 minutes from home, but I like to come here because the store has so much variety. It's just sad to me that they don't have good customer service and make an exception when I clearly came before the 7th day with the clothes and the ticket. :( ~Gina

Worst Rainbow to ever go ! The cashier stole my wallet after leaving it on the counter. The store manager was in on and once asked about the cameras stated, " The air messed up their cameras yesterday ". Common sense tells you they took my wallet mall security even ran the cameras back to their entrance and said no one came in after us or left after us. Then the lady had the audacity to slide my chase card at the liquor store ! I guess she needed a drink of how nervous she was from taking it . Don't ever shop here they will not have the integrity to even give a customer back their personal items as if they do not care about their job ! They obviously didn't have any fear since the store manager didn't do anything about it and covered up the fact as if their cameras were not working . WARNING do not shop here ! They shouldn't be in the Altamonte mall after all of that . They make Altamonte look bad ! If I could give 0 stars I would give negative but you have to hit a star to post a review ! I wan't corporate to reach out to me regarding this matter. ~LaLisa

Store shows it’s age. Definitely in need of updates. Carpets could use a cleaning in the least and better yet they should be replaced. The lady that worked there and assisted us was very kind and pleasant to speak to. ~A2Z

This isn't a picture of the South gym. The gym is located on a dirt road behind this house before you get to Forest Lake Elementary and next to the softball fields football practice field. It is across the street and a little West of LBHS. ~Christy

Years ago, this PF left a lot to be desired. Machines were always broken and it just felt like an “afterthought” as far as PF gyms go. But over the years they have really done a great job of rejuvenating this location. I can only speak to the Men’s locker room. But I can say they are always very well maintained, stocked, & clean. It’s a 2nd story location, which is odd for a gym. Yet there is an elevator if stairs are a problem for you. They can be challenging for me with my arthritic knees. There is an excellent range of dumbbell for free weight work and the staff is very welcoming and friendly. Great work, team. You’ve done well here! ~John

Incredible quality boards! I was surprised how heavy duty & big they were when my fiancé brought them in the living room. Very very well made. I had first looked on Amazon but the prices were insane for the low quality product you receive. Not to mention, not even made in the states. I love supporting small businesses so when I came across this shop, who makes their products in America, for even CHEAPER than Amazon, & way better quality in every way, I knew I had to buy them.
