I want to praise Alysha! What an amazing woman! I was in this store March 30 to simply add my daughter in law to my account. She was a former Sprint customer who was on her parent's account and they were switching to a senior citizen program. We came in this store and were told they can't do that any longer that we had to call customer care, ughhhh. 2 hours later we left the store frustrated and without accomplishing our goal. However, we met Alysha and she was absolutely awesome. She was helping us and another customer and talking to customer care who ended up messing up the entire transaction. They ended up charging me $30 for a SIM card and postdated this transaction to April 8. Although I'm very disappointed that Tmobile requires most transactions to go through Customer care nowadays, I can not speak highly enough about Alysha. She truly is a wonderful employee and great at customer service.

I recently switched over from AT&T. Yesterday, I upgraded my phone. Joel Hernandez assisted me with both the transition to T-Mobile and upgrading my phone. This, by far, has been the best experience I have ever had activating service and buying a mobile device. Throughout the whole process, Joel provided clear explanations so that I knew what to expect. He addressed all my questions and concerns and followed up to ensure that the plan that we had discussed previously was activated. This experience gives me confidence that I made the right decision to switch to T-Mobile. I am delighted that to have found this store.

It is with esteem pleasure to write a review for this location. I have been with T-Mobile for 10+ years and always had good experiences. Today, I had an exemplary experience with one of the associates, Jonathan Martinez. I'm not the most Tech Savvy person and Mr. Martinez went above and beyond answering questions for me and addressing my concerns. He also shown me tips to preserve my phone/battery life and neat features of my device. This was by far one of the best customer experiences I've had. Associates like Jonathan has retained my business with T-mobile. I'm thoroughly impressed.
